pro tips: aik dam start na karein. pehli dafa 16 hours ki fasting mushkil hogi aur aap chor dein ge. pehla 1 week mein nashta aur dinner lein laikin lunch skip kar dein ya lunch mein grilled or boiled chicken, salad etc. lein, no roti/rice). us ke baad next week se 14 hours tak fasting karein. ab aap ki body ready hogi 16 hours fasting ke lye. fasting ke doraan agar bhook lagay tau green tea, lemon water ya black coffee (no sugar) lein. body ko thora time dein set honey ke liye. 1 month tak regular krein, yaqeen karein app ki sehat aur mood set ho jaye ga. apni diet ko healthy rakein, fasting ke baad bhi zinger, fries, burgers, pizza ko ragra dena hai tau koi fayeda nahin. haan week mein aik baar cheat laga lein tau bura nahin. 16 hours fasting ke baad 8 hours mein aap roti rice sub kha saktay hain bus deep fried food se bachein. raat 7pm tak dinner kar lein. subah 11 bajay (16 hours pooray ho jayen g). breakfast+lunch kar lein. evening mein 1 apple lein. 7pm dinner time aur phir total stop.

السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ 18:40 جی بالکل اپ نے سچ کہا کم کھانے سے کوئی کمزوری نہیں ہوتی یہ میری ازمائی ہوئی بات ہے زیادہ کھاتی تھی اور کم کام کرتی تھی اور سانس بھی زیادہ پھولتا تھا جدھر لیٹتی تھی سو جاتی تھی کم کھاتی ہوں جسم ایکٹیو رہتا ہے سانس بھی نہیں بھولتا کام میں دل بھی لگتا ہے تھکن بھی نہیں ہوتی میں بلکہ حیران تھی کہ کھاتی بھی بہت کم ہوں اور کام بھی زیادہ کرتی ہوں جسم بھی ایکٹیو رہتا ہے اور میں خوش بھی ہوں
