Very helpful video. I have started (16:8) IF from last 1 week. When I break the fast I eat heavy meal and after that I was unable to eat anything else in my eating window. This may lead to malnutrition. From your video I found that I can take fruit, salad and some other light meals first and then I can take my regular meal. Thank you.

Wo apke apni schedule bana na hai. Mei late jagti hu so I start my first meal at 9 then the second meal at 5. Lekin agar aap jaldi jagti ho aur turuntth khane ka maan ho to mano 6 baje first meal khaya then second meal 2 pm hona chahiye.lekin agar 2 baje last meal nahi kar sakte to aur chahata hai ki last meal 5 baje ho ( like me) to next day 16 ghante ke baad yani 9 baje kha sakte ho. It depends aapko kun sa time suit karta hai. Yehi cheej accha hai intermittent fasting ki
