why not used in GnRH in super ovulation sir , as per me, if GnRH give then endogenous FSH increase that help in the more follicles devlopment then why are not use ? this is questions of ICAR also.

Basically antral follicles are responsive to exogenous FSH for short period only but GnRH may cause increase in endogenous FSH in a time when antral follicles would lose their responsiveness

Dopamine concentrations in CSF are high during winter in mares thus use of dopamine antagonists helps in ovulation in mares during the transition from winter anestrus to breeding season onset. Estrogens can help in cervical ripening yet clinical trials and dose rates are few. Moreover, estrogens without a somewhat relaxed cervix may sometimes be dangerous. The CL of dogs become prolactin dependent from Day 25-30 onwards and so antiprolactins such as cabergoline orally. Antiprogestins like mmifepristone can also work from Day 20-25 onwards
