very informative video on QEMU and virtual appliances David !! I need to learn some Nexus IOS and need to get those images. Can I still use NX-OSv with Dynamips? Also does it emulate Nexus switches???

You need to use QEMU and the GNS3 VM if you want to use NX-OSv appliances. Dynamips only supports old Cisco routers like the 7200. Get NX-OSv from VIRL.

gns3 2.2.0b4 installed on AMD phenom-2 PC with 8GB ram , but qemu 15.6 & IOU 15.6 version does not support...the error is MAXM issue
