As a man, I see this as a win. The real challenge these days is finding a girl who isn't ran through by 80 guys by the time she's 23. The fact that there are girls in their early 20's who haven't even had a first kiss is honestly wholesome. I don't see it as sad, I see it as them having good morals and not just giving it up because they feel like they "need" to.

100% Teen girls should protect their purity and innocence as long as possible. Save it for the right man. Unfortunately they all get pumped and dumped by the same Chads on Tinder throughout their teens and 20s. They f around on mind altering hormonal contraception until they have ridiculous double-digit body counts, tattoos, STDs, oxytocin desensitization, and trauma. That's when their biological clock starts ticking loudly, and they settle for doomed relationships with one of the men they have been rejecting for the past 15 years.

Hey Brett. So the 23 year old girl who has never been kissed (she took down the original video) has released an update video. You mention in this video about how men never approach anymore, or men don't initiate. In the update video, she says she is getting a bunch of "creepy" messages saying "I'll be your first kiss". Here are men, who are DMing her, getting called creeps PUBLICLY because they are trying to flirt digitally. Men do not approach anymore PRECISELY because many women do not have the grace to politely reject men (and in some cases not publicly shame them for their perhaps nervous or awkward approach). Men do not want to be blasted on the internet/among peers/at school. There is very little space for men to approach. Most men view the outcome of an approach as follows: a low chance of success OR be considered a CREEP. There is no room for grace and a woman just being disinterested and politely turning you down. Or, even if she does politely turn you down in person - she may very well go and tell her friends she was approached by some creep at Trader Joe's or wherever women WISH they would be approached.

It's all about if our personalities connect and our values in life and what she expects of me. I honestly think most non low body count dudes care either... These dudes saying it on red pill channels say it because they have to appeal to the 90%+ of their fanbase who aren't even visible in the dating market whatsoever. it's very easy to 100% feel way more passionate about wanting a woman to have a low body count because you're sexless As far as past trauma's go, everyone has them. In my own experience, the issue with approaching girls irl is that there's a good chance they'll already be taken or if they don't find you attractive, they'll perceive you as creepy. Guys don't want to be seen as creepy so that fear keeps them from talking to women irl which leaves just finding girls on dating apps which brings its own issue of most of the girls on there are usually just looking for a hook up.

Most of the guys who seem creepy generally have no shame. They'll be creepy or misread the cues and still won't care. If you're a relatively normal person, you'll be able to gauge the situation and determine if it's the right time/place to ask a girl out. I can't speak for all women, but I never like being approached in a public place, especially if it's not somewhere you'd expect to find a date, like say, the grocery store. I'm sure people hitting the bars and clubs are more open, but idk if they're looking for something serious, either :/ shit's tough out there.
@Jackie89000
@Jackie89000 Жыл бұрын
@@palmanardozza2041 That's where I disagree with you. Even if you're a normal guy, we don't know when it's "okay" to approach a girl. That's the main issue. Girls determine whether a guy is "creepy" or not depending on if they find them attractive. If a girl doesn't find the guy that's asking them out attractive, then he's creepy. Meanwhile, women are complaining that guys they do find attractive aren't asking them out and that's because we can't tell if you find us attractive or creepy.

I’m not even saying I think u should wait till marriage for sex, but it should be with a person who you truly care for. I have had opportunities to pursue women I knew were giving me “the eyes.” But I never made the move cuz I knew all they were looking for was another hook up. As a 25-year-old gal who has myself never been in a relationship or had a first kiss yet, this type of video is so refreshing to see. I'm so happy to see Brett using her platform to address an issue like this which really does deserve a conversation. As conservative and God-fearing women in 2024, it makes sense that it would take a little bit more time for us to find our person. And as hard as it might be at times, we need to simply hold fast to what we know is right and good, and do what is best for ourselves. We should never try to be like anyone else, because somewhere out there is a man who is looking for YOU, just as you are as your most authentic self. And I believe that right man when he meets you will have nothing but immense respect for your dating history, or lack thereof. Brett is right, these are tough times. But we were born into this time, and as long as we lean on God and His promises we (both men and women alike) can get through it and come out the other side with joy and triumph. Just never lose hope, because without hope you don't have anything ♥

I stopped viewing her as gorgeous on the spot. I wasn't a conservative or a very religious person. In theory, if you had asked me if I would mind dating a really beautiful girl who had many ex-boyfriends, I would tell you that I wouldn't mind, at that time. And yet I felt disgusted. And I suspect that most of us (men or women) feel disgusted in such situations, whether we will admit it or not. Boyfriend, not your problem and shouldn't even cross your mind. I clicked with a clerk girl really well recently, so much so it felt natural to ask for her number so i did. But she said she was taken. Fair enough, i said lucky guy, wished her a good rest of her day. Hell i wouldn't mind if said boyfriend appeared and sucker punched me. Would only work in my favour because what kind of asshole does that just for talking to a girl and then respecting she has a boyfriend when she said she did. Personally i'm not scared of fighting either though so. Maybe work on that as well. And girl that has that response from you just trying to talk to them, calling you a weirdo. Isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's like thanks for showing a major red flag right off the bat. That kind of person isn't a good person and not someone you would want a relationship with anyway. I’m a 20 year old girl, and I’ve never been in a relationship or been kissed. It’s been tough trying to figure out why I can’t find a man. The other day, feeling very emotional, I just laid on the floor and cried questioning if I’ll find someone one day. Usually I just be myself and remember that it’s okay if I don’t, but sometimes I just break down. I put so much into being my best self and being social. We don’t know what the future has in store for us, but I know that whatever happens, it’s okay, we all have so much potential and should never stress over relationship troubles. I know my worth and that no matter what, I am so valuable!!

As a 22 (about to be 23) year old guy who has also never kissed, finding out that a girl Im attracted to that is in the same boat would make her incredibly more attractive, because it would cancel out that awkward cliche for both of us and would increase the potential for a long term relationship where we could actaully share important experiences. It would also tell me that there is much higher chance that we share similar values, standards, and level of level of social energy. The terrible thing is that people like us are kind of doomed to rarely meet each other, because we are clearly more reserved and less likely to attend social events where we would stand a chance at meeting each other.

Young woman here, I think you’re right about having a hard time meeting each other. But I will say that as a Catholic woman, I would prefer to be pursued. For you as a man, maybe build social circles with other virtuous women and then just go for it. I really feel for men because they’re often put in the spot to be rejected, but I think many conservative women would prefer a man to take up his role and pursue the relationship. Best of luck!

As a girl, it’s so frustrating what feminism has done. Men are more careful about talking to women, if they do so at all. Edit: I have no problem asking a man out. I’ve done so. But I’m a traditional woman looking for a traditional man, so I’m more interested in a guy taking charge. I’m usually the one to initiate conversation and flirting, but then wait for him to make the next step by asking me out.

I am an older guy that stopped trying to date years ago. I had a lot of trauma during my childhood so I simply missed out on typical social stuff until later in life. By then there was a stigma for not dating that was very difficult to overcome. I tried dating online, asking people out in person lots of stuff. It was a nightmare. I ran into scams, ghosting, mean insulting comments, by the end of it I felt ugly and worthless. It makes simply asking someone out risky, will they think Im creepy, too ugly, too old, whatever label. And its often not a simple yes or no. Cancel culture is very real. People always want to put labels saying what men and women are "doing wrong" or whats wrong with them. Simple answer nothing its just the times we live in. Im now successful, self confident, and worked out my own internal problems from the childhood trauma. All while being single. Life is good for me. Point is its ok for us to be ourselves. No need for masks. We are all broken but all worthy of love. Be yourself grow with others. Love with your entire being. Will I try dating again? I keep going back and forth. I don't know. Either way it will be fine :). Peace to you all. I hope all that read this find joy in life.

Not having sex before marriage is only a virtue for women. Your sexuality as a man is worthless. You need to understand this. Like really understand this. You have no sexual value in todays society. If you want to view yourself as being pure or think that abstaining from sex gives self-respect then that's fine, whatever makes you feel content. Even very good looking men young or old have very little sexual value to women that they truly are attracted to. Women use sex as a means to attain a lifestyle or obtain the services of a man- labor, protection, servant, etc....This is 100% fact. If you are a very attractive man then you have lots of "fun" but only with women you don't find super attractive. Beautiful women don't go around having fun except with the wealthy men. The dream that you might find this perfect woman who is demure and nice and smart and funny and attractive (to you) and not sexually experienced---this is not reality. Just like when women say they want a man who earns $200k and is inshape and votes Democrat and blah blah blah---that is also not going to happen for her. Best she can do is find a teacher or a small business owner who earns $75k-$100k, who isn't super handsome but is masculine and does things for her. She'll divorce him after 7 years and collect alimony. You probably aren't going to find this special perfect woman that bonds off video games or being shy or whatever constellation of quirky things would be great. If you find a woman who appears to be like this, you can be almost sure she has slept with a bunch of guys, has a drug problem, is bi polar, is a single mother, etc....there is always something.

In like middle school and through high school I asked out several girls, some said yes, majority said no. I was promptly made to feel pretty awful about myself for several different reasons when I wasn't creepy or going past lines at all. I know a lot of guys that this has happened to and resulted in them just not talking to women and continuing to be awkward with women because they avoid flirting or asking girls out generally.

My experience in high-school definitely didn't help. They treated me like dirt. The classic ew, not with you response. It's pretty hard to fix your self-image and confidence if all you ever heard when asking someone out was that you're gross, ugly or creepy. To me this crap is self inflicted. They want to be c*nts to guys in school and then later in life wonder why they never get approached or asked out.

I agree. Men have started to no longer pursue women because of what you said and also because we simply choose not to do such an act anymore. A few months ago I got approached by a girl and was asked on a date! Still together months later and she is amazing. I personally was never going to ask anyone or take that first leap because of the stigma social media has generated and I WAS FINE WITH THAT, I would rather be alone than be persecuted and ridiculed in front of a group of people for simply asking someone, I was not going to put my self through that. I can tell you this much, women, if you wish to approach a guy and ask him on a date, 99.9% of the time he will say yes. FUNNY ENOUGH, men have been experiencing these EXACT things for the last few years and now that the turn tables have turned now its time to recognize the issue, like nah. I know things have changed for the worse but it has also changed a bit to where men now start valuing their time and their selfs so they simply take one look and say, maybe but not worth it.

Over time, we prefer our male friends, our hobbies, and our own peace and security. Sure, the pain of not having a woman never really goes away, but it does lessen with time, and the benefits of being single greatly supercede the risks of modern dating.

Not every date is gonna lead to marriage and i get how the friend zone can feel rough but atleast she went for it, probably felt like you didnt click and ended it the way many women do by asking to just be friends. You absolutely shouldnt accept the friend zone and just say something like "thanks but i dont need more friends" and then go about your business. Its so rare for women to do anything more than "look and smile" these days and then just expect men to do litterally everything. She gets some respect for trying at least.

Also, women kind of see really good looking guys as short term prospects a lot of the time sort of like how a lot of men might only see really good looking women for only short term flings. I'm not saying I'm not greatful for my looks but I swear to Christ I want to put a paper bag over my damn head some days....this probably sounds arrogant af but the grass ain't always greener on the otherside. The most magical chemistry I had with a girl was when I was slightly overweight, unshaven and wearing a mask and sick as hell and the girl was also wearing a mask, after three weeks I shaved and showed up without a mask and she took hers off and we finally saw eachothers faces for the first time only after getting to know eachother. I am a young dude. My perspective on dating and asking a girl out is fear. Part of that is the fact that I live in Southern California; so there's roughly a 70% chance of whoever I ask out to be a nut job who will publicly embarrass me or accuses me of being a horrible person. Part of it is the fact that the only women that I would actually want to ask out are women that I work with or have worked with. This means that the potential consequences in today's day could be that I get fired because I revealed that I hold more conservative views to a coworker. Another part of it is that I don't want to constantly be expending not only my time and effort but also money, just to get backhanded again and again. Maybe this is some terminally online shit but I don't wanna pay for none of that girl's stuff until I know shes serious and not just going on a date to get a nice free dinner. And obviously there is another part of it: me just being a pussy and not wanting to do it. I would hope that last part is less of a contributor than the others , but you can never be so certain.

Hey Brett, I'm from Germany and although there are some differences in dating between the US and here, we also have very similar problems. We also have a joke that everything that happens in the US will happen in Germany in about 5 years because everything spills over with a time delay thanks to the Internet. I've never had a relationship myself, I'm currently trying to change that, but the success leaves a lot to be desired. First, about the mentality presented by cdir that men should make the first move: The problem here is that, at least in my experience, there is simply nothing that would make it worthwhile. You don't get any respect for it, nor does it pay off; in most cases, you get more of a feeling that you're bothered. In addition, communication is often extremely one-sided and is made unnecessarily difficult by various things. I was recently talking to a friend about this and she said that compliments, for example, would be a direct turnoff. It seems to be generally accepted that you shouldn't ask for dates - the expectations that would be implied would put too much pressure, instead you should simply ask for meetings on a friendly level. Also, you should be nice, but not too nice - a bit of a bad boy should be part of it (and women wonder about toxic relationships, I really wonder how that happens when all they do is romanticize toxic traits). Before you start a relationship you should first be friends (so that it is easier to banish the man to the friend zone later) and then you would like to see what develops. Brett why should I, why should any man take the first step, do all the work of getting to know and trying to please a woman in this process that is not only extremely confusing in terms of communication, but above all quite strenuous and time-consuming, at the end of which you maybe, just MAYBE has a relationship, but is more likely to be rejected and hurt? Something loose seems much more desirable. A modern woman is simply no longer worth the effort of a relationship. And if it's really that important to women that they're not lonely, then maybe they could show it by showing commitment themselves, not having to tell them everything, allowing clear and unambiguous communication, and stopping making absurd demands on men and yes, sometimes making the first move. It seems to me that's not too much to ask.

I had severe eczema growing up (which made me feel very ugly and uncomfortable in my own body) and came from a broken home and kinda just kept to myself. I worked on myself and got a well paying job and used my money to help my skin/psychological issues. When I turned 30 I decided to finally put myself out there. I dated my now boyfriend for a couple months before I let him kiss me. We just got to know each as friends. Thankfully he was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all about my lack of experience. I am very glad I waited all this time. I don't think I was ready to experience intimacy before and could have ended experiencing it with someone who didn't care about me. My boyfriend has always made sure I felt comfortable and doesn't want to hurt me.

I think you bring up a good point. A lot of the Red Pill community talks about how they grew up watching their fathers/grandfathers/uncles/older brothers getting their lives destroyed in divorce court, and it makes them paranoid about marriage. But I don't think I've heard anybody bring up the effects that divorce has on young women. I think it's a very big factor that's helping to wreck the dating market and hurting our society. I'm significantly older than you, and I've been in the military for over 25 years (combat veteran in Afghanistan), so I tend to put things insanely bluntly compared to most men my age, and especially compared to the younger generations. And to put it bluntly, most of the time that I see parents screwing up their kids with the Dad ditching his family (or the Mom driving him out the door), the thought that comes to my mind with regards to the daughters is, "Good grief. They're going to be lucky if they don't give that girl a complex and have her in a string of abusive relationships or on a stripper pole." Like I said, that's kind of how some of the more blunt members of my generation viewed idiots who were messing up their daughters (with sons it was a case of hoping they didn't kill themselves or end up getting their lives wrecked in divorce court themselves). Obviously there's a lot more nuance to it. I'm very glad you got help and turned out healthy and seem to have found a great guy. It takes a lot of strength to come through a family breakup without a lot of very damaging stuff (I've seen it happen in my own family). We clearly need a lot more research into how young women are being affected by the destruction of the nuclear family.

Great video Brett, as far as not asking women to hangout and women not being asked out on dates. I’m not saying all women but unfortunately I have experienced first hand with girls that I know. That have and will go on a date with a guy for the soul purpose to let him pay for the food, and make up excuses to leave early if possible and never speak to them again, and then clown the guy to their friends later that night. Not all saying all women but not being able to socialize properly amongst a lot of other things is why men are so scared to approach women. You’re spot on with the “that’s harassment” for approaching a woman, seen that first hand too.

To the girl in the video, I'm a 28 year old girl, never been kissed, never been on a date. No romance, no nothing. It's not embarrassing. It will happen when/if the right man comes along. The irony is that the internet is the problem. Women have too many choices, and aren't given the needed social pressure to pick a man in their prime (early 20's). 95% of us men lose out as a result, and they jump from man to man like we're all different flavors of candy, rejecting us for equally trivial and superficial reasons. That and divorce is financially incentivized. But hey, let's support governnent-endorsed feminism (which is a hate and supremacist group) because Uncle Sam wants that extra tax money, and listen to Brett who doesn't know what she's talking about!

Glad I was in my teens/20s right before it got harder out there. I'm 32 now and definitely less appealing than I used to be (losing hair, gained weight, sleep issues, etc) I don't even want to put myself on anyone right now!....But thankfully, I did have those experiences in a time when it was fun, college, clubs, etc. I feel for the guys 10-12 years younger than me though, who have grown up in a very confused time and are not sure whether to ask someone out or not because of fear of being accused of wrongdoing. Also, the notion that 10 to 20 percent of the men are dating 80 percent of the women seems to be true. Seems like a few of my friends are dating/hooking up with a lot of women and others are getting nowhere.

Talking about redpill or feminist men who think crying about spilled coffee is breaking the gender roles. Or the worst kind, manchildren. I guess this whole thing is not a men or women problem, but a society. Almost everyone sucks nowadays, maybe they always did but just hid it so well. Anyway, I believe a single life is the way to go. I hate that people think single means depressed and alone. NO! It means some freedom, family and friends and yourself. Cheers on the single life, mate!

As a 19 year old guy who has never been in a relationship, I feel like it would be creepy for me to ask a girl out or even flirt with her. I find it a lot easier to flirt with women in their late twenties to mid thirties. I don't want to blame the women of our generation but I think it has a lot to do with how they act, in the sense that they make you feel worthless if they don't like you and you even try talking to them. I gave up in high school and figured if a girl liked me enough to ask me out then that was the type of person I want to be with. I feel like less of a man admitting that but it's the truth.

Xennial here who just turned 40 and all I've experienced in the dating, romantic relationship scene are 2 blind dates. No kissing, no hand holding, no being asked out, no dating. I've always been given the, "You're such a great friend, easy to talk to" or "You're like a sister to me," lines. College was the only time I was really around eligible single guys. Throughout my professional career life guys who are in my circles are married, in serious relationships leading to marriage, much, much older/younger than me, or just not compatible AT ALL. I've seen friends who've gone against their principles to be with guys who were trash just to try to fulfill their longing, but only ended up more depressed and hurt in the end. I've never felt the need to disrespect myself just to "experience" those things. It sucks because I've always wanted to be married with a family, to be a wife and mother, but I've just never met any man who wants to share that life with me. Any guy who has seemed "interested" in me has only had a moment on his mind not commitment. I've just resigned myself to this is my life: single, who's a fun aunt, sister and daughter, who travels the world spreading the love of Jesus to those who don't know Him. And I think that's pretty special.

Millennial about to turn 30 and have never kissed a girl romantically. I was the nerdy guy in the class and am also introverted so my self confidence was very low to begin with being made fun of and not getting social cues. I have to thank my younger sister for not becoming jaded by women as a lot of the social bullying that I received came from girls. Was able to make friends with girls by the end of high school but they all saw me as just friends (at least they let me off easy). By college, every girl that I was interested in already had a boyfriend and I made excuses to not pursue relationships outside college since I was busy studying. After landing a 6 figures job and becoming stable, I looked back to the world of dating and notice that I haven't developed any "game" to create romantic attraction. I feel it's just the difficulty of being introverted. I never liked loud parties and my parents taught me to live a frugal lifestyle so I don't tend to spend much or show off. I get dates with girls but feel insecure about getting physical. It's also really weird on social gatherings and at work how colleagues and family just say how many women I must get due to my appearance and polite attitude 🫤

I know it must be difficult, especially when the biological clock is ticking on family formation. I pray you meet someone soon in your area that loves Jesus as much as you do and can be the husband, spiritual leader, and quality father to your potential children that you appear to seek in your life. Guys if you're a Christian and you're just fooling around, not being serious, toying with a woman's hopes and emotions... you're wasting golden opportunities that you may not get back and being cruel to her in the process. Sober up. Grow up. Get off your Xbox and learn what it means to be a man and take responsiblity for more than just yourself.

As a fellow teenager (who is a Christian who holds scorned Puritan values), my advice would be: Wait. Be patient. Teenage relationships pretty much only happen because you feel pressured (because your friends are also in relationships) to have a girlfriend. Just wait, and you will find someone. I've seen it happen with my older siblings. They waited, they found. Most people would find the values our family holds EXTEREMELY strict, to the point of cultism. I personally hold the same beliefs as my parents do, so I know that girls are very findable. It just takes time.
