Can workers get paid extremely well in co-op, or not really?

+James Chuaycham They can, the EverGreen co-operative and the Spanish Co-operatives have a member ownership fund of every worker owning at least 60,000/- to their name with an already steady salary depending on their own surplus.

Check out the Mondragon workers co-operative in Mondragon, Spain with over 100,000 employees. Closer to home, and much smaller but growing, look up the Evergreen co-op in Cleveland. Publix supermarkets are worker owned. Whole Foods was at one time but I don't know how Amazon handled that. They aren't for everyone but unlike regular capitalist companies they are democratic.
