Actually I have added the deliverables in the GoPerform but I have make it as Completed status because my task is completed already. And my Home Manager and Project Manager is different so i just want to ask you that is there any problem that i have make it as Completed status without ask to my manager?

No problem but next time don't do it since year is not ended u shd mark it as progress only until ur HM tells Mark as complete

Hi, recently I'm promoted to PA, my skills are updated yesterday but my manager said that it will take 3-4 days from CCA team,but without role completion,im not able to complete goperform,but today is last date for self review in goperform. Will it effect my appraisal

I have completed my learning goals and it is also reflecting in skillup but in go perform it is showing as 0 for me because the go perform refresh happened on 27th oct and my goals completion was also refreshed on the same day in skillup . Now in goperform they are showing like the portal is freezed for this year, will they refresh go perform again before Nov-15 ? Or do I need to raise a GSD for this ?
