"This song is a delayed reaction to being abandoned by my stepmother after my father's passing. She cut off communication with all of us, stopped calling, writing, anything. We found out later that she had remarried and just started over about six months after we last talked to her. The time between the funeral and her deciding to start over? Roughly two weeks. Janet (or whatever your name is now), you deserve what you get."

All of your amazing Go Radio songs bring right back to that confusing era of my life from that first year break after finishing high school and then me contemplating college with no real idea of what I wanted to pursue, and everything my brain decided to call out to my Alexa today while I was cleaning out quickly became my all of my punk goes pop, or punk go Krunk, and all that stuff, like emery and god knows what else lol But still love every Go Radio song I’ve ever heard. I wish the band would have blown up like fallout boy, b3cause really I didn’t see much in terms of quality of Fallout boys side than I did with go radio! Either way still love the stuff this many years later, and I’m not sure what your doing now, but I hope it’s just as great as it always was! Thanks for all the years of motivation, and getting me through my stupid number of WAYYYYY to serious girlfriends for what the relationship were lol I feel like at least 3 weeks of every month was relegated to dealing with damaged controls while the remainder was me partying my face off with my friends from the bar I worked at, as well as 1 of the owners who quickly became the older brother I never had! Long story short I love all the music and how much it probably shaped me as the guy I was during those years!
