GO SOLO: Easy Mobile Recording

Hi, I was given TC HELICON GO Solo as a gift, I'm trying it but I realized that by connecting it to both an android mobile phone and a computer with windows 10, I don't have headphones monitoring by connecting it to the device (I don't hear my voice live, but only the backing track). Using an application like SMULE and inserting the headset into the mobile phone, I hear my voice but with latency, while on the computer, using AUDACITY, my voice is not heard at all. Can I have some suggestions?

Hai to Tc Helicon management, I’m a big fan of Go Solo. Please please make new product like this with new features. So we can use it for Tik Tok live too…

Doesn't it have a dedicated driver software? If i use this on cubase, Do i have to chose driver asio4all?
