Okay you did an absolutely fantastic job. I'm trying to get into animation myself and it's really encouraging to see the rough draft and final next to eachother like that. Also I was wondering does anyone else know how to get the licences to a song?
@MirandaPla4 жыл бұрын
Hihi!! Thank you so much -- I'm glad you were able to get something out of this! As for acquiring a song license for an animatic -- I'm pretty sure you can't get one. Animatic artists' videos all get copyright claimed, so we earn no revenue from the success of our videos. And from my basic understanding of theatre-rights, I don't think it is possible to acquire the license of a single song (at least without paying a LOT of money).

I absolutely loved seeing your rough version verses the final! I think my problem with creating animatics is that I try to make them polished the first time around so then the flow is kinda stunted due to that. One night a girl named Kelly (the blonde) drove with her car at high speed. Knowing she's going to hit a pedestrian across the street, she immediately swerved and actually died from the crash. The one who's singing (the black haired girl) is Sam, her best friend, who reminisces Kelly after hearing her bestie's passing The musical is called The Mad Ones, you should check it out. It's cool
