It will take us two days to get back to Brisbane, so lots of driving on the bitumen now. Along the way we checked out the wonderful work being done to save the Bilby's and had a great meal at the Muckadilla Pub!

Hi Brett, I agree with your comments about the Save the Bilby presentation at Charleville. I was there about a month ago, and it was really worth the visit. Located at the Charleville Railway station, the presentation is only an hour or so long and very informative. We also got to stop in and look at the night observatory and were lucky enough to see Saturn and it rings and Jupiter, so I'd also recommend that next time you're going through that way.

Hey Brett, loved the videos. Would this trip be alright to do on your own?

I’ve done most of that trip on my own before, so yes it is. Just ensure you have emergency communications and spare food and water if you get stuck somewhere remote.
