Great video, I have always enjoyed your televised lectures, training sessions, magazines, books, and more recently KZbin videos. I have been a fan of yours Al Linder for over 35yrs. I believe most everything I have learned about walleye fishing was due to “In Fisherman”. One of my “secrets” was out in this one. Using deeper diving crank baits than the dept of the water. The bait tends to nose downward at all times until it strikes a rock or other structure, and then very erratically bouncing off. That is when I get a lot of bites. I really appreciate your talks at the end of your videos. Sharing your Christian faith, I’m certain is a blessing and encouragement to many of your viewers. I too hope that I never forget all of Gods blessing in my life. Thank you Al, and may God continue to bless you.

Great video! I am going to wade a river for the first time this week. Not real deep or wide but, I know it holds walleye, northern Pike and small mouth. Hoping to catch my first walleye! I really enjoyed the calender reading at the end. I too pray that I never take my blessings in this life for granted. Fish safe and God bless!

I thought the same thing- these "TV Show Fishermen" are like the modern day NFL- "How many advertisements per second can we slap into our broadcast!" I grew up on Al, and still love 'im. But I am happy we have access to guys like NDYAK angler now, who are not encouraging you to fill your garage with 17 types of crankbait rods and other useless material crap. Even the bible part said, "Just thank God for your material goods!" Really? YOUR TWO LUND V-bottoms with gray carpet, mercury outboards, and Minn-kota trolling motors with 54 pounds of thrust? Not your kids? Not the miraculous ecologies around you? Your two boats? That's what you thank God for? HAH??!

Which is why a lot of us don't listen to fishing pros. I listen to fishermen with a day job (NDYAK Angler is a great example). Guys who just like to fish. Guys who talk about how to fish, and not "all these great new products you should buy." Substance over material nonsense; fake needs manufactured by a marketing team. Two rods, two reels, a box of jigs, some pork frogs. Maybe another lure or two to change it up. One canoe, two paddles. BOOM. Done. Put the difference in your retirement account, and your church.

I met tou at the palace of auburn hills mi with my family as you was on your way to see babe winkelman and get some fishing tips from him. We just left the room and you was just comming thru to get in to see him. We aaid hi you said hi and off we went. Im a fush speciakist taxidermist on lake st. Clair mich hornets nest if bug motor city muskies. You never did stop by visiting steve jones prifessional fishing shop. Steve told me you was there alit. If i knew you was there id of visited you. Would if been great to have fished with you shiwing you ariund gere on my lake and catching big fish together ralking about jesus. Sorry i missed you brother but you got bigger fish to fry. I enjoy your shirt presentations duscussing gods word. I was amazed a few years back to see hiw you came iut if drinking mikk to eating and discussing how to eat meat and passing it on. Lots of people tune in and gave no clue you had it in you but i did. I think you are very multitasking alot besides fishing. if anyone is wondering the walleye fishing is on the Winnipeg river. Good fishing but OH MY GOD IS IT DANGEROUS!!!! literally hundreds of sunken reefs just inches beneath the surface. Book a guide or say goodbye to your outboard LOL.
