Man, i just hope the sensible Goans dont just bring influences from other cultures back home, but also systems and practices as well. Traffic, road safety, seamless govt-business interfacing etc. Gambling will attract some real unsavoury elements, and its the systems and practices which will be the deepest moat against their attempts to capture it.
