coriander seeds - 2 tsp
cinnamon - 1 inch
star Anise - 3 petals
black cardamom - 1 no
green cardamom - 1 no
pepper - ½ tsp
cloves - 10 nos
javitri ( mace) - ¼ piece
nutmeg - ¼ piece
sesame seeds - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Shahi jeera - ¼ tsp
bay leaf - 2 nos
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
dried red chillies - 8 to 10 nos
fennel seeds - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
poppy seeds -1 tbsp
ingredients for Coconut paste
garlic cloves - 4 nos
Grated coconut - 1.5 cup
tamarind - ½ tbsp
preparation of chicken xacuti
ghee - 2 tbsp
oil - 2 tbsp
cloves - 5 nos
cinnamon stick- 1 inch
chopped onion - 1 no
chopped tomato - 1 no
salt as per taste
sugar - ½ tsp
chopped coriander leaves
