Very yummy..wud like to know what she did with sausage skin when she removed the meat from the skin.. did she throw it out, as the skin had more marination flavour too👨‍🍳👌

No, all the marination flavour is for the meat. If you like you can add choris with skin in pulao, but we prefer preparing without skin. The skin which was left we didn't threw out but we prepared food for dogs.

Yes, sausages are already marinated with garlic & ginger and other masala....choris Pulao taste always depends on choris. But if you feel flavour differs then you can add garlic and ginger paste while preparing.

Actually many Goan women put Maggi cubes in pulaos and for that matter in many other of their dishes too. Each one has their own recioe and am wanting to know what's the rubbish here please. Anyways to each his own.....
