1 US Cup = 240 ml
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Dried Prawns
2-3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (or regular vegetable oil)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large-sized Onions, finely sliced
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
4-5 teaspoons Fresh, grated Coconut
Coriander for garnish

Hello and thank you, Thomas! You can do the exact same thing with dried Bombil (Bombay duck). Just toast them in a little oil and then break them into bits that are an inch long. Rest of the recipe would be the same :) Thanks for your interest in this video!💫

Hello @NotOutoftheBox! This kismur is usually served as a side with rice, since it has quite a strong flavour to be consumed on its own. You are free to experiment- there are no rules💫
