Today's recipe is my Grandmother/Nana's recipe made with Jackfruit seeds.After relishing the fruit ,we always save the seeds either to replant inorder to get a Jackfruit tree or make some lovely dish with.Today is one such simple yet delicious recipe.A Must try. A great goan breakfast/snack recipe.You can serve this bhaji with chapatis, bread or puri for breakfast or as a side dish for lunch as well as dinner or have it as a dish by itself

This recipe looks delicious I have eaten in white chana bhaji in goa some people mix the seeds iin a thick paste of mud and water and put them in the sun to dry and once they are dried completely they use it for the monsoon thankyou Akshata for such a delicious recipe god bless you and your family
