Pinagr also known as Pinaca is one of the many Goan traditional sweets with just three main ingredients that are typical of Goa.
During Christmas it is quite common in every household to make this sweet. It is usually made into dome shape in a plate and then sliced and served but it is also portioned out and rolled into small 1-2 bite size rolls.
This is a healthy option of snack for people of all ages. It is also very good to give children in their tiffin box.
This recipe yeilds about 24-28 rolls depending upon the size of the rolls. And can be consumed in 8-10 days without refrigeration.
