3:25 While we're not entirely clear on when in the timeline the Cobra Commander series falls, ersonally, I feel like it takes place well before Duke, and even Transformers. So, I think that, by the events of Duke, Cobra Commander and Destro are already in league with one another, which is why Destro's making all those Cobra vehicles. Therefore, the project that Dr. Burkhart worked on was on Cobra's behalf, she just didn't know it at the time.

The Skybound universe doesn’t have a set timeline. Daniel Warren Johnson said that there is no definitive year that this universe is set in so we’re going to see things that are 80s, 90s, and 21st century stuff. It’s mainly gonna depend on the artist

Yes, but in Transformers they implied a bit it was set in the 80's and in this issue by saying the pit was decommissioned in the 80's that definitively confirms the Energon universe isn't in the 80's at least.
