காலிஃபிளார் / Cauliflower - 500 Gms
பூண்டு / Garlic - 1 1/2 Spoon
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1/2 Spoon
வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring Onion
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum - 1
தக்காளி சாஸ் / Tomato sauce - 3 TBSP
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் விழுது / Red Chilli Sauce - 1 TBSP
சோயா சாஸ் / Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 Spoon
வினிகர் / Vinegar - 1/2 Spoon
