Goblins have been very playable since the first wave of support (the second wave didn’t do a whole lot other than Pile Up which most people don’t even play), the third wave of support was just uncharacteristically good and added a bunch more flexibility to the strategy The main issue is that the new Spell is an amazing inclusion that’s super easy to plug in and play, but the new Level 6 is such a chokepoint for the deck since it locks you out of a vast majority of your combos if it doesn’t resolve, you can’t make Big Gabonga with it, if this is your normal and you have a hand of extenders, you can’t really use them since he’s a 6, not a 3 which things like the Psychics and Kagemucha knight really care about and overall it’s just an entirely different mindset than previous goblin decks Genuinely though, pre support without any Boardbreakers, Goblin Biker’s endboard of I:P, Dark Knight Lancer and Big Gabonga was about as good as Snake Eyes off of a single card, it was just more prone to interruptions and…like you CAN break through it, it ends on about 8 interruptions, but they’re not always unbreakable without handtraps to back you up And contrary to what MBT says, we were never making UDF and praying, that line is way too bricky and requires 5 extra deck slots which is not very efficient

@@f.b.iagent3971 I like using Pile Up it helps protect your field against some of the common field breakers like lightning storm and raigeki and you can always use clatter sploder to detach Big Gabonga from the crazy beast and reborn it also something that people sometimes get surprised by is that Pile Up works as a kind of D.D Crow while in grave

Angwitch is a 3, Memento Goblin is a goblin, grand entrance can search/summon memento goblin, bone party can get an angwitch for a level 3 body, goblin biker continuous spell can be used for extra normal for memento gobbo, clatter sploder can summon memento gobbo from grave.

I’ve been playing a version of this deck that’s focused into being a toolbox control deck. Notably, it tends to end going first on a weaker interaction base, but Enterblathnir’s for the handrip, and sets up a Fiendsmith line, Xyz Armor line, Cicada and Gabonga. From there, you whittle away at whatever the opponent puts up through it turn by turn whilst Enterblathnir makes sure they struggle to get any advantage from each turn’s draws. One of the strongest interactions the deck has going is that Breakout can tribute the Sequence post-fusion, meaning you have access to a plethora of 2-Card combos along the way atop the 1 card the deck typically wants to pivot out of halfway through. The new cards have done so much for the deck and I couldn’t be happier for it.

I've been playing goblin bikers in Master Duel and it has renewed my love for the game. I've managed to beat yubel and tenpai decks. It's just such an easy combo to learn and understand. The materiactors let this deck do things that are beyond cold fusion tier bullshit off of a single card. The extra materials from meltdown let you cycle through literally every single biker in one turn and end on up to like 4 xyz monsters + Any link 2. Also by sequencing the meltdown deck stack with the armored xyz draw you just get to prospy as a part of your normal one card combo.
