Please note that Armytile has some sick combos for this deck too: > kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y6u5m6mdmsmEbMUsi=gch5DkVcT1VOl7Ve > kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6ebpKyKhpV6qcUsi=zHM7A0rJOj_z6fUd I didn't include these because I figured they were the ones that popularized them first.

a few suggestions combo 1 - overlay for armor fortress over gabonga as the 4th summon to search the trap before nib is live so if you opened one of the goblin spells, you still end on the trap + I:P + Gabonga if they nib the 5th summon. then you detach from armor fortress with dugg's effect, search entrance, use entrance to summon clatter and use clatter effect on summon to reborn gabonga. Then you hard summon Dark Knight Lancer, do the gold pride stuff and link off both xyz and normal carrie for I:P. In the end phase, you use the effect of Gabonga to attach Boom from the deck. this ends on: - Start Your Engines to summon Leon and reborn either Carrie or Baller. - P.U.N.K. trap to negate a monster effect. - I:P - Clatter in the GY which can bring both him and Dugg back, getting follow-up, detaching the boom and enabling a summon of ashura (using the boom too) or cicada king during the opponent's turn, which are monster negates too. - Gabonga which you can trigger as a quick effect with clatter to attach an opponent's monster. - Dark Knight Lancer which can be triggered by the armored xyz trap after xyz summoning anything. It's a more layered approach but it has it's advantages since it gets more follow-up, in trade of not forcing a nib, which, let's be honest, if the opponent knows the deck they're nibbing before you get to resolve carrie since the gold pride trap let's you end on stuff through nib and 2 rank 3s threatens F0. You could also have summoned mianda on your combo instead of boom, reborned her with the effect and summoned dugg from hand, allowing you to end on the same board + a carrie which means you can access both star leon and pin baller. It's 1 extra body, there are variations to that line that can end on like, I:P instead, but I'm not gonna list all of them. combo 2 - It's the same as combo 1 I think, except the extra body means you can end on F0 and summon the 2nd gabonga during the opponent's turn instead, to search boom and get a quick effect attach + free I:P fodder. Side note: I really don't like the heavy P.U.N.K. package since it plays hard into handtraps due to the fusion being a walking choke point. I don't even run spider in my builds anymore, just ze amin, foxy tune, ogre dance and E-Tele as a compact engine to make a rank 3 and pay a couple of life points. Combo 3 looks fine. I don't think the armored xyz engine is less valuable than the ghostrick engine so I'd either be on both or armored xyz only since it's not just the succ, it helps cleaning up board states and OTKing if you run the spell and has synergy with the ability the deck has to put material on board during the opponent's turn. But agree to disagree I guess. Combo 4 looks fine too I think? You could consider making carrie first which is a funny way of playing around nibiru, but i'm not sure it's necessarily better. You could have gone for a rank 6 line, but that's matchup dependent, so who cares. I'm not familiar enough with the GP lines as I mostly play pure with the P.U.N.K. package to be able to say what was the definitive best play there.

I haven’t been playing MD because the Therion and Pure PUNK builds were w/e to me. Really need to revisit the game now that it has GP. I agree that Konami should add Goblin ASAP so we can also have fun with this build!

For my version, basically similar to your last punk gp list, just additional 4 goblins cards in the main (The rota, mach, the one that searches the spell and the one that special one from hand when summon), and 1 goblin in the ED (the one where it searches for another goblin). I basically wanna keep it at 40 for consistency so i play a small goblin package which is good as you wont brick often. i dont play the armored xyz package as i want more space for my ED. (My ED consist of photon lord, dragite, carrie, the goblin, amazing dragon, PEP, IP, SP, Knightmare Unicorn, Accesscode, Zues, star leon, pin baller, rising carp and dragon drive.) I tried playing more goblins in the main but it causes bricking therefore i only play 4 goblin cards. Basically combo is Punk goes first , then once punk combo is done then GP and goblins will combo off. My endboard usually consist of Photon lord, Rank 3 goblin, IP which i can make SP during opponent turn, Dragite (if i have gas left), Punk Trap, Gold pride Trap (with ball in grave and mostly 3 leon in deck so i can guarantee leon and spec ball from grave for pin baller)

I like the ideas! I think my bias towards the PUNK and GP archetypes kept them at the ratios you saw in the video. Realistically, more Goblins help you play through more as opposed to more PUNK names. The Lancer package is felt like offered a bit more over Unicorn/ IP/ Accesscode, link monsters which I didn't feel like I was utilizing that much. But if it works for you, that's great! The deck is still really new to the TCG of course - really curious where people take it. Thanks for watching, by the way :D

@@pk_tuneworldHi original commenter here (alt acc lol). So basically, the reason for unicorn and accesscode is because there were times which quite a lot i couldn't make a pep to go for game and when my board is full of monsters that can't syncro, i can still make links into accesscode for game. Btw, so which version do you prefer? Punk GP or Punk GP with goblins? I have been testing a lot with both versions. Both 40 card decks With goblins, i have 9 non engine which is 3 ash 3 droll 3 imperm Without goblins (i have 4 goblins in main deck) i have 13 non engine space 9+4. So for the 4 extra space, i basically included 1 called by and 3 crossout for handtrap protections.

I can see the reason why, but not seeing 3 tourguide and/or a terrortop engine make me feel weird.
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
Terrortop probably should've been in the sample list - my excuse is I hadn't tested the deck a ton before making the video. Tour Guide on the other hand - felt like you'd normally need to use your normal summon on Ze Amin with the way I wanted this deck to play. Maybe I'm wrong though - you could definitely play both!

It's just risky since you get make a gossip shadow to insulate your combo. But the punks help since they do a lot of stuff from hand

I used the Punk Goblin GP on Ocg for a while, 50 cards deck with full punk package. Every time I get interrupted i switch engine and it still works out, though bad hands are sadly common. Pretty fun deck.
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
Yeah, the deck can really pop off with the right hand. But, the fact that you're cramming 3 different archetypes into one deck makes dead hands extremely common. I've been trying to filter out potential bricks - it's not easy. At the very least, playing GP Goblin PUNK can be fun when it goes off :P Thanks for watching as usual, Kojir!

I am either going to buy the Goblins or sell my GP and Punk cards, depending on how popular this deck gets or reather how expensiv the cards are going to be.... Good video anyways and the deck looks exciting!
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
NOO NOT THE PUNK CARDS Though, jokes aside, make the decision that works best for you! Goblins look incredibly fun. Probably will be rogue, but who knows. TCG formats always pan out differently than OCG ones. If it makes sense to move the GP/ PUNK cards, do it! Thank you, btw, for the kind comments, and thanks for watching!

Seeing as how the Goblin cards are trending from Saturday to now, the price is dropping more and more at a pretty fast rate. You might be able to grab a decent amount of it a week or two after release for a cheap price
@nguyenmilo29938 ай бұрын
Do u ever summon the rank 6 goblin? I was thinking of replacing it with psychic end punisher.
@pk_tuneworld8 ай бұрын
After more testing, not really, honestly. The only way you "consistently" summon it is by searching the Goblin continuous spell, but oftentimes searching the ROTA or trap is better. I think you could easily replace it with PEP!
@michaelcemhalicioglu32099 ай бұрын
Very nice, I like how compact it is, even with hand traps, I guess with e-tele and foxy the punk`s are accessible enough and other cards can start plays for you. I have been having some difficulty making this deck under 50 cards with so many cards you don`t want to draw, even though they aren`t "bricks", but would rather search them. Even though the ghostrick xyz looks interesting and potentially usable, it seems very excessive for your extra deck (I noticed you didn`t include it in your example deck list). Also, what about terrortop? I feel like a free special summon/potentially rank 3 seems very good for a deck like this? Did you cut it for space?
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
I think my reasoning on managing to make it such a low deck count is that an amalgamation of archetypes like this one is always going to be clunky regardless of how you approach it. Decided to just take the L if you do see the bricks more in 40-41 cards. I think I would only go up to 44 if I really wanted to push things. The Ghostrick combo seems neat but definitely not necessary - that's why it isn't included in the "final" list at the end of the video. It takes up too much ED space for my liking + you can usually make F0 easier in other combo lines. As for Terrortop - definitely think you can include it. The decklist at the end is only my theory on how I would build the deck - I have barely tested Goblin GP PUNK in actual duels and have yet to get the cards. Once I do, will probably post a deck profile with updated stuff. Thanks for watching btw!

Yop! I'm your French fan club ahah, love all your content, I follow you since the punk release! I've seen your interest for the ashened lore but your video about it has disappear 😢 this is intentional?
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
I've only deleted a handful of videos on my channel before - namely really outdated and out-of-taste meme videos I had made (basically, unimportant videos). This was the first full-length, fleshed out video I had deleted and that's because it performed so poorly compared to my other videos. I want to see if I can make changes (namely reworking the thumbnail and title) and re-release it since the amount of people who actually saw it + impressions were low enough to where I should be able to.

OK understood! I personally think it was one of your best video yet! There are too few of lore oriented video, and I think it's a good way to explore (sorry for my English level ahah)

very important question: if I have the armored xyz trap set but I can't xyz summon, isn't it stuck there??? I won't be able to use its effect to throw it to GY to equip the one in GY to equip my opponent's monster right?
@olivermccarthy4569 ай бұрын
Looks fun, do you think it's stronger than just gp punk though?
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
I do think GP PUNK is stronger - you have a ton more deck space to allocate towards the hand traps and or extenders that are necessary to play this format. This build is just a funny one to tinker around with (but maybe I'll be proven wrong in the future).
@z1u5129 ай бұрын
This seems like the best version of GP PUNK rn, until the release new insane support for archetypes that is, the new GP support is honestly underwhelming
@pk_tuneworld9 ай бұрын
I think GP PUNK without a Goblin package is probably better than this build OR GP Goblin without the PUNK package. Having all 3 seems a bit clunky (albeit incredibly fun at times). But I do admit I haven't tested this deck a ton, so I could certainly be wrong. I do think the GP support could have been better (doesn't solve the deck's core issues), but they are still nice cards to have. Both will be great one-ofs that will give you a better chance to push going second or as another interruption going first.
@alexandredipolmoro37569 ай бұрын
so basically the PUNK Gold pride is better than this version ...
