I'll pass on the pickles but this looks fantastic . The glaze looks absolutely mouth watering . Thanks for the great idea as ground pork is still affordable but its hard to get inspired to use it . Ontario Canada .

Thank you. Looks delicious. My only difference will be slicing the cucumbers thus using alot less. I would skip the ketchup sauce by wrapping the bacon rashers around the roll on the outside which you could then grill after baking. Jus a few tweaks but looks lovely. 🌺I'm from sunny South Africa
