Always count the 10 extra points for master-working. With this armor loadout, just master-working 3 peices of armor will get you to 100 resil, freeing up mod slots to bump other stats. If you want 3 high stats on one piece of armor, just mod into the one that's not 20 naturally. My favorite is a 20 in 2 stats, and at least an 8 in a third stat. That 8 becomes 18 with a mod, and then 20 when master-worked! Bam, triple 20's on a single piece of armor. Whos says Titan's don't do math?

Something else to consider: recovery mod is expensive. If you plan on using a mod to bump your recov, might as well use high recov armor and then use mods to bump something cheaper, like resilience or disc. Easier to fit more mods that way.

Exactly. I’ve played mostly Warlock and Hunter over the past couple years and it’s become engrained that Recovery is basically 33% more expensive than the other stats I want. Particularly on Hunter if you want 100 Mobility/Recovery, you reeeally need high base Recovery.

Plunder, Idk where best to comment this but feel the need as I myself didn't learn how to read armor properly for a long time, I also noticed Plunder mistaking the proper read too so when armor rolls and says it's total at the bottom is say 67 points but then came with 4 energy unlocked at the top you must subtract down to actual base of 1 energy to find true base stats. So 67 total with 4 energy is base of 63. If you want triple/quad 100s it'll be easier to go for strictly 65+ base armor with 1 energy however don't be too picky.

PUT RADIANT LIGHT AND POWERFUL FRIENDS ARC MODS ON GUANTLETS AND LEGS. Your getting +20 mobility and +20 strength. Set your Ghost mod to mobility and buy your legs and add powerful friends and you’ll have an insane 40+ mobility. Set your ghost mod to strength and buy another piece of armor which will give you 40+ strength. This is the easiest way of getting double 100 stats for mobility and strength. On your other two armor pieces i recommend filling it with a high rolled exotic and another piece from war table focused on a third stat that your other first armors also rolled well in. This should get you your triple 100 with the general mods plus your void fragments. Hope people see this ^^^

I’m telling you the arc mods need to be talked about. and this war table needs to stay. it’s the best way of being able to play crucible matches and earn good reliable armor outside of praying your pinnacle drops roll in a certain way.

another thing to add, your acquire the arc mods at ada 1 and they change each reset. They’re cheap and you have to have another arc mod equpped which there are plenty that boost class ability and drop orbs in pve. Your armor will have to be set to arc do add these mods so keep that in mind as well.

legendary armour has a max total of 68, and its split between the pools, pool 1 and 2 both have 34 total respectively. so if you wanted the highest disc possible the highest could only be 30 as stats cant be 0 so itd be 30 disc, 2 int, 2 str and then same again for pool 1. obviously you have mods on top of that to even out but if you get 2 or 3 of these rolls with a balanced roll or 2 youll be set for armour.

​@@Plunderthabooty you don't force it though. They are unlinked pools, all the focusing does it makes sure you get a stat you want in the pool you want. Having a focus in one pool could actually lead to lower stats in the other pool(kinda hard to tell if this is true). But if you look at pieces sometimes 1 side can have the max 34 roll but the other side will have less, like 30 total, for a 64 overall piece. People who know the system focus recovery, because it has the most expensive mods and therefore if recover is in your build period you want it as close to 100 as possible.

As a minor point, if Resilience and Recovery are stats you want, you should consider putting Recovery on your Ghost or picking pieces that have high innate Recovery (if you're using Ghost mods to buff Discipline, for example); the +10 Recovery stat mod costs 4 energy, +10 Resilience costs 3. Shoring up your Resilience with mods will give you more flexibility in your Energy points than having to use Recovery mods and make the rest of your build a little easier to fit.

So you go discipline on the ghost to force discipline to spike, which in turn reduces the amount that can go into int and str as they are part of a stat group/pool. This leaves a good chance to get good recovery and resilience on the same piece (could also be mobility as part of that top 3 stat pool) Am I understanding that right?

I want to leave a separate comment for this for anyone trying to figure out the max potential stats of armor pieces without wasting materials. Masterworks guarantee a +12 (2 to each stat of 6 stats) and the highest mod bump is a +10. So to know your max stat on any armor piece, just add +22 to its base number. Example a glove at 63 would mean max potential is an 85 roll. A 68 would be a 90 roll. And the only exceptions to this is adding Charged With Light mods. A class item thats arc can be 42 stat roll by masterwork (12), a stat mod (10) and Powerful Friends cwl mod (20). And any arc armor piece that has the cwl mod Radiant Light can also add 20. My warlock pvp chest is a base 63, plus masterwork 12, plus a mobility mod 10, and Radiant Light 20, for a combined result of a 105 stat chest. Got off subject at the end, but just add 22 to your armor base drop to get an idea of its potential. Because all armor can minimum add +22.

Just in case anyone wants a general rule of thumb on what armor to keep; if you want tripple 100's the 3 stats you want must add to 50 before you masterwork the armor or add any mods to it. If you want quadruple 100s then the 4 stats you are looking for must add to 60 before masterworking or mods.

@devine532 Whatever 3 stats you are looking to get to 100, they must add up to 50 before you do anything to the armor piece. Like if you wanted mobilty, recovery, and discipline to be all at 100, then mobilty stat + recovery stat + discipline stat > 50. And im saying they must add to 50 before you add any stat mods of +10, or you masterwork the piece giving each stat an extra +2. Its a general rule of thumb tho, you could have an absolutely insane helmet that means you don't need to follow the rule as strictly with the rest of your armor. But if I ever get a piece that looks promising, I load up D2 armor picker which instantly will tell me if I can hit tripple 100s/quad 100s with the new piece I got. It also , isn't impossible to get 3 stats that all have 20, its just extremely rare. Each stat has to have at least +2 if its legendary, but you can get 68 total base stats which gives more than enough room for 3 stats to have 20 each.

So basically keep discipline on at all times, as almost no build requires high intellect or high strength. This way you get high discipline and either high restoration or high resilience or high mobility, all of which are used in the majority of builds for each class. Intellect is so pointless these days as orbs and gear allow you to get your super back so quickly in PVE.

88 is the goal for your stat total since masterworking gets you +12 in every stat. To get triple 100s it is better to use armor stats to get to 88 on recovery than resilience because the recovery stat mods cost more energy to install (so getting high recovery armor leaves you more energy for cool mods). I want 58 recovery (3 recovery mods gets me to 88), 88 resilience, and at least 68 discipline (2 discipline mods to 88) for my titan armor. I have gotten as high as 68 total points from the wartable (not where I wanted them, but I saved it anyway). This has been a big help for a mostly solo player. I have finally been able to get some respectable armor that makes some of the harder content more accessible.

Depends on what you play. PvP really benefits from 100 recovery, but in PvE that's not necessary due to devour. What you need to do is figure out what kind of build you use, then change your spikes around that. For example, I have an insane grenade build based on contraverse hold+ashes to assets+demolitionist, so I don't need intellect or even discipline.

Thank goodness someone finally put this out there. I’ve been doing for the last two weeks non stop and I finally got my first triple 100 build without powerful friends and radiant light. I do have the PF mod since it came out a few days back but still. I’m saving everything so once I get those two mods together I can get my first quad build. I also use D2 Armor picker which helps with making a build and shows you all the different variety of builds you can get triple or quad 100 on. Definitely recommend using it. It has changed the way I play the game. Love the videos, keep it up!

Can you explain what your armor stats look like? Like for my hunter i want 10 mobility on 23 for recovery and 23 disc so after master working id be at 50 mobility and 102 recovery and disc That would be 62 base on all armor but the class item. Is this achievable? Granted i know the numbers can vary here and there

For anyone who can answer this. Okay maybe I’m doing something wrong or don’t get it. Is it that what ever mod you pick for the ghost based on the stats your looking for, do. The stats fall to the next 2 below the specific one you pick, or does it pair by the top 3 (mobility, resilience, discipline) and bottom 3(recovery, intellect, strength). I’ve been trying for to get high discipline and recovery for example but yet every time stats roll high to one category and to another but not high to both I want.
