I needed this so much today! When I first saw the title it allowed me to have a sacred space to talk to Him. Just the title allowed me to start to let go of the past. I watched after. Wow! I can speak to the truth of this video. We do not have to look back on the things that caused us to fall or bad situations or things the Devil keeps trying to get us down with in heavy chains. Hey Barbora, I understand your confusion, this was once me. Back in the days I identified myself as an athiest, I would have said the same thing. Crazy, brainwashed Christians thinking they are "hearing from God". But the truth is, God speaks to us, ALOT. He wants us to hear His voice. I could make a whole video on this but overall according to the bible, it says "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them and they follow Me. And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand." - John 10:27. God is speaking to us constantly in so many different ways, it is all about seeking Him out, and genuinely believing that He wants to speak to us. He can speak to us in ways that are easier to understand such as through someone else, through your environment, nature etc but we do also have the gift of His Holy Spirit with us, which yes, that does mean that you can feel or hear God telling you something in your spirit when you are in tune to His voice. He can urge you through conviction to stop something or to do something. It is a still small voice, that is comforting and will always align with scripture. Overall, God loves us, and longs to dwell with His creation, so He is always there to speak to us! So to answer your comment, this is what it looks like when God "tells" me something!
