Yes, if you put it like this it is realy important to be alone. Finding true connection with your self and the divine. Interesting that the fear for all the thoughts keep me from wanting to be alone. But in the end I will recognize my true self and that is not all these crazy making thoughts. Well I am gonna embrace my being alone, observing my thoughts and then I will find the connection with my true essence.
