Bro you made this soooo much harder than it needs to be lol. Follow these steps. Get two controllers, Start the game with the account you want the tokens on, start the game and make sure you have all your tokens spent, quit and save to the main menu (character select), hit circle back out to the title screen, take controller 2 press ps button to power on, go to new user play as guest do not sign in option, hit X on borderlands title screen with controller 2/guest, hit circle while in the main menu and return to title screen, hit X on controller 1, start your game and spend your points, save and quit back to main menu, circle back to title screen, hit X on controller 2, back out to title screen, back in with controller 1 until satisfied.

I did it and it gave my guest account the tokens. Its confusing when youre talking about holding down the ps button but i dont see it on your screen. Dont even know if im doing it right. Be more descriptive

This glitch has been around ever since Borderlands 2 first came out. And unfortunately no, it doesn't work on the xbox and it never did.

Save Wizard save editor gives you 9999+ tokens to accept. You're better off using that and plus use the save editor on other games 😉

For EVERYONE who has issues with this!!!: It WON'T work if it's not your game. For example, if you share your PS4 with your brother/sister/mother/father/anyone else, it only works for the person who bought/installed it. I haven't tried it out, but maybe it will work if you get PS+ and download it while it's still free. Hopefully I could help someone out there.

Sounds like you are doing what I was to start with. Press circle to return to title screen not game select and change profile from there. Hope this helps
