with no. of apartments being >2000 in similar price bracket, good luck to new entries planning to sell these in after buying today. 50L buyers will be to sell the property at 80L just before possession when others are waiting 95L-1Cr. Secondary broker for sellers will make money quiet easily because high supply and stagnating demand.
