I mean, Hades has always been my favorite God. He is always staying away from drama and probably took the job because nobody wanted it. And he's the only God who was loyal to his wife all the time. There was an episode with Mint, but she was the one trying to flirt with him and he was oblivious. Persephone just transformed her into a herb. Edit: Oh, I posted this before I saw the episode. I'm glad that they integrated the story.

For those of you who don’t know the meaning of Hera’s peacocks name: Just as another Thursday, Zeus cheated on Hera and just when he noticed Hera is nearby, Zeus turned the girl Io into a cow to hide her from Hera but Hera easily notices Io is shapeshifted so Hera puts one of her loyal servants to guard Io’s prison. The reason why she chose Argus is because Argus has eyes all over his body so nothing can get past his sight but Zeus sends Hermes to kidnap Io back and Hermes puts all the eyes Argus has to sleep and kills him. Hera actually feels bad about it because he died of his loyalty so Hera takes All of Argus’ eyes out and places them into the tail of her peacock which gives the tail that known pattern. I absolutely love everything about this cartoon, it’s so detailed.

@@ananyam9950 Well the real tea here is, after Hera yeeted him off Olympus, he grew up and found out what she did to him, so he plotted and crafted the perfect revenge on her. It was so good she couldn't get out of it without help from Hephaestus, so Zeus bargained with him for Hera's freedom and the price was marriage to Aphrodite. I'd recommend going and finding out the whole myth, it's really one of the underrated ones in my opinion.

Animation is 💕🔥 It really did show some improvements compared to the previous one where the audio timing is kinda off. I appreciate that you take constructive criticisms to improve your craft. Thank you for showcasing Greek Mythology, I think this animated series that you created is the most promising one, out of all of the other animated Gods and Goddesses that I watched. Ps. The animation and timing of audio is perfect now. But now try to choose other sound effects and to be sensitive at its volume (the peacock audio didnt blend in to the scenen it turned out so loud) LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT EPISODES. So just go ahead, enjoy the animation and the beautiful color scheme, as well as the nicely chosen voice actors and. Quit. Bitchin. That's Heras job. Also, stop pressuring for more episodes. This stuff takes time and effort, so of course there's big gaps between the episodes and we can be glad that episode 2 came out as quickly as it did!

I can see that they’ve majorly improved since the first episode and have fixed some inconsistencies as well :) The entire team has done a fantastic job and I can’t wait for the next episode! EDIT: Thank you to everyone telling me that it's only one person behind the animation. I just started to watch this animation without prior knowledge behind the scenes. This just adds on to my appreciation and amazement with this work since this is all made from one person and I wish them the best of luck and hope they also take care of themselves while progressing with the story!

The whole thing with Persephone is that she grows into her role as Queen of the Underworld and wife of Hades, thereby not being afraid to put people in their place anymore. So yes, eventually, she turned Minthe into a mint plant and then stomped on it. You don't mess with Persephone. People fear Persephone more than they fear Hades. She's the Iron Queen and you don't mess with the Iron Queen without being punished.

Interestingly, in the original myth Minthe and Persephone's roles would have been reversed. Persephone turned Minthe into a mint plant for flirting with Hades (yes, _just_ flirting). Hestia didn’t make her appearance in this episode but she did in the last one. The one that was all like “get your hands off of him was” Eos. Her and Ares are in a relationship but formerly it was Aphrodite and Ares who is now dating Hephaestus who was in the back scratching his head after Aphrodite was making sure Ares was okay after Athena knocked him out with her shield for being a brute to Paris or Troy. Who was under the spell of Eris who had lost control of her powers after Hermès was being annoying and Eris had caused everything to go out of control.
