We know that Ultima has nigh-indestructibility, however this could be bypassed by a physics warping ability/tool such as the Orthagonal Diagonalizer which was used to destroy his avatar. Godzilla Earth's atomic breath was used to reduce four spatial singularities/black holes to nothing in his fight with Ghidorah, the Orthagonal Diagonalizer is a spatial/interdimensional manipulation tool, it's possible Earth's atomic breath would have the same effect.

Thats not how his nigh invincibility works, the orthogonal diagonalizer itself is made to counter red dust. His nigh invinciblility is the fact he can't die, his body is made up red dust, there is a specefic higher dimensional code meant to counter red dust/Archatypes. Without said code ultima can indtantky come back if it wants as its constantly surrounded by red dust.

VS Battle idea: Godzilla Earth vs every era or your version of Composite Godzilla vs every kaiju that has ever existed (and by every kaiju, I mean every incarnation and ones that are on Wikizilla that is not Godzilla as well. Only kaiju that have appeared on movies and TV.)

I think it's best to mention the fact that ultima changed sizes and strength throughout the show, when he destroyed that building in 4 seconds he was only 45 meters tall, but by the end of the show he easily bursts through JJ which was in his invincible form, and actually ends up KILLING JJ in his invincible form. So not only was ultima capable of destroying impervious kaiju's but he can also evolve to become the end of creation itself as stated inside the anime. On top of that when he was 75 meters tall he fought a manda and cut the manda in half with ease, and then continued to shoot around in the general area and destroyed a building with ease so yes he can cut through buildings easy. And in his 3rd form he fought the largest found rodan in the red mist, and in I'm pretty sure episode 2 or 3 they say that in the red mist the rodan's become INVINCIBLE. And in his 3rd form it only took one ring to kill the most powerful one so yea he's pretty OP. And to add even more on top of that his "domain" ig spans the ENTIRE WORLD since the red mist and rodan's wee shown to be all over the world in a bunch of different countries and he has control over kaiju's like anguirus and salunga (salunga being able to survive hardened red mist, y'know the same red mist that was said to be able to destroy the universe but who care's) and anguirus being able to see into the future. Ultima is EXTREMELY underrated and I think he can win this fight cuz again he killed invincible JJ and an invincible version of the strongest rodan.

A lot of people don’t seem to realise, Ultima grew significantly in his final form seen in the series, from the starting point of 45m to 100m in the span of only one episode. This also includes kaiju such as Anguirus and Rodan, which also would have grown much, much larger had they not been killed. I’m not saying that Ultima could rival Earth, but we don’t know his capabilities and what he would be able to do had he grown to his full potential.

Ultima probably might be Toho's pay for the lost of the potential Godzilla Earth's movies had, they both had insane calculations for feats, insane lore, and Jet Jaguar being the main character had the same plot armor Godzilla Earth had, Ultima and Void Ghidorah also had the same plot twist on why they needed to die in the movie. They were also gods too.
