I totally agree with you that, in my opinion as well , that Emperor Kong has the same power and strength, just like Toho Kong!!! Especially agility with those long arms and probably a certain height advantage giving Godzilla and Kong a run for their money!!! Also, I am not sure if this is space Godzilla or a very powerful ancient dragon with wings, and the other creature with spikes on its back reminds me of a very gigantic version of Anguirus!!!

I think this is the Monsterverse version of War of the Gargantuas. the Garagantuas resemble this dude and they are a Toho property. Plus they can pay homage to the cancelled movie Kong vs Prometheus/Frankenstien before it became the original Kong vs Godzilla.
