Kants 300. Geburtstag mit Dr. Thomas Khurana & Dr. Zdravko Kobe

Das Goethe-Institut Ljubljana, die Philosophische Fakultät der Universität Ljubljana und das Institut für Philosophie und gesellschaftliche Theorie der Universität Belgrad feierten am 22. April 2024 den 300. Geburtstag von Immanuel Kant, einem der bedeutendsten Philosophen der europäischen Aufklärung.
Im Rahmen einer Diskussion widmen wir uns dem am 22. April 1724 in Königsberg geborenen Philosophen. Zwei bedeutende Kant-Experten erinnern an sein Leben, seine Philosophie und seinen immensen, bis heute anhaltenden Einfluss, indem sie seine Gedanken für die Gegenwart reaktualisieren und seine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung des westlichen (und slowenischen) Geistesraums besprechen.

Goethe-Institut Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts (University of Ljubljana) and Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory (University of Belgrade) celebrated the 300th birthday of Immanuel Kant, one of the most important philosophers of the European Enlightenment, on 22 April 2024.
Two eminent Kant experts recall his life, his philosophy and his immense influence, which continues to this day, by updating his thoughts for the present and discuss his key role in the shaping of the Western (and Slovenian) intellectual space.
