Give this GoFit GoGravity Gym™ Upper Body & Core workout a try!

Repeat each exercise 3 times:
• 12 Low Row: lean back and keep your elbows close to your side during each rep. Further back you stand the easier It is and the closer your feet are the harder it is.
• 12 Skull Crushers: lean forward and brace your core. With arms above you lower your hands to the top of your head.
• 12 Chest Press: keeping the core tight and hands slightly outside shoulder width, gently lower yourself with hands close to the chest.
• 12 Mountain Climbers: placing both feet into the foot straps, get into a plank position on your hands. Alternating bringing each knee forward to your chest.
