I'm almost 58. I love getting up to do your workout! It makes me happy in the morning! One thing for this workout, could you do all the resistance band exercises in a group so we don't have to fight with put on, take off as many times?

I’ve been following you for almost a year now and I’m SO THANKFUL. This one was a good one to re-enter routine after being sick. I’d love to see more and longer standing ab workouts!

Another great one! My grip strength (or really, the lack there of) loved the break with the resistance bands in between weight sets. I felt like I could actually grab the heavier weights because my hands had mini vacations in between 😂👍🏻 Thanks so much for yet another rockstar workout, Heather!

Loved this one Heather! I am a new mom and I'm trying to get back into having a consistent work out routine. These 30 min workouts are perfect while the baby naps. I feel as though I am getting so strong in such a limited amount of time. Thank you for this! ❤

Absolutely loved the mix of weights and band and block, and the mix of standing and mat exercises, that made the workout a lot of fun and go by quickly, plus 20 secs was the perfect amount of time to slip in and out of the band etc. Thank you as usual for a fun and effective workout! 🙏🤗

The Best 30 mins of my day . Thanks Heather for these free workouts. I loved the combination of dumbbells and a band in the routine, not to mention I was done in 30 minutes which was amazing. Just goes to show you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to feel great and look good. 👍🏼 I know I’m gonna be sore tomorrow.. 😂

Thank you for this well-choreographed workout. I love this routine to motivate me to bring out my resistance bands. For the 'Side bridge and lift,' I'd recommend more prompts on the alignment of the arms (lower and upper) and the shoulders in one straight line to minimize strains on those anatomical parts.

I loved this one, but then I love leg/butt day. All my favorite moves were in this sesh. I used med band and 20. Had to be quick with the band on and off. This one is on my fav list 🦵🍑☠️

Thanks for the remix, Heather! Always interesting to see the effects of performing the same moves in a different format (reps, combos, etc). For me, today, the supersets/3 rounds in the original workout (Lower Body STRENGTH / Leg & Glute Workout At Home) was more labor-intensive, although this certainly went by faster. :)

I love it when a new Heather Robertson video pops up! I am 21 weeks pregnant and make some modifications but I love these workouts with more weights and less jumping around because this belly doesn't allow much jumping! I'd love more arm workouts!

Great workout today. Thanks Heather. What kind of workout do I want to see next? Hmmm, ya know we haven't used the exercise ball in a while, or the kettlebells. We also haven't done a pyramid style circuit in a while. Those are super challenging.

Nice workout, it make me sweat. Howerver, it would be nice if you added an audio description of the exercises, muscles to focus on, and precautions to take. As I imagine that other people will prefer the only music format, you could make 2 audio tracks, one with comments and one without and only the music.

I have been doing Heather’s workouts for almost 5 years. Just found these and I do like them. The "up next" video kind of confuses me though while doing the current exercise (with the countdown still going, etc.). Could that be put in a smaller "window" - like a "picture-in-picture" kind of feature - so that it doesn't distract from the current exercise?

I’ve been doing these workouts for a week now and they have been amazing! One question though, Has anyone ever had their CK levels go up 10x the normal limit? I’ve only been using 5lb weights and my CK Creatin Kinase levels went from normal to over 1000! I don’t know if it’s just my body or if this is normal for everyone? I’m going to be 40 years old. I used to work out all the time with heavier weights than this and used to dance my whole life. I just don’t see how a meesly 5lb weights can do that?
