Since they haven't paid Herp rent once (violating a written and signed legal contract) and they have threatened to off themselves on his accord, he is well within the right to get the restraining order and they will be forced to leave the house..... She had a total of 12 cameras around the house, living room, garage kitchen, hallway, ring cam, and multiple on the exterior front sides and back. When I first moved in it seemed odd but not problematic.. later I was appreciative given we had other crappy roommates come and be removed due to what they were caught doing on said cameras. Breaking our things, being confrontational with our lovely neighbors, throwing parties which was not permitted in the lease.. I definitely recommend cameras as well they are a life saver and will back up your claims in court. Milo might even start to at least act right knowing they are being recorded.

Hey, I know that Milo is really annoying and terrible. But that doesn't mean that making fun of their gender and being rude to people because they're nonbinary is okay. It's unnecessary and just because you don't understand it doesn't mean that it's invalid or dumb. I hope that at some point you can be okay with people existing in a way that you don't understand, especially because one of the best aspects of you is that you're very unique and are willing to do things that don't fall into norms.

I commented something similar. Milo is awful. But it has nothing to do with their gender. Alex is very intelligent & has inspired me to do more as a young person of the same age, but seeing him blatantly invalidating their gender hurts as a queer person. People might counter “why respect someone’s pronouns when they’re 100% disrespecting Alex & his time, money, & energy?” It’s because it’s a gender-identity-specific act: Me not liking how Alex isn’t respecting Milo’s pronouns isn’t driving me to use the wrong pronouns for him. Milo is terrible because of their actions, words & ill intent, & that’s it. Reading through the comments, I’ve seen some people dissing trans people & saying that they’re all equally terrible. I learned from an animal, planet animal rescue show that someone fed her cat only rice, and it went blind because the woman was a vegetarian and try to make the cat a vegetarian. I feel for you and your situation but maybe somebody can at least feed the cat, some thing other than rice so it doesn’t go blind or get otherwise sick. Milo is a narcissist. I lived in Raleigh for decades.

Not to be that person but feeding a cat rice is animal abuse. The reason why Milo’s cat is trying to eat from Claire’s cat food bowls all the time is because the cat isn’t getting any nutrients from the rice. Cats are obligate carnivores.

well, it is true storebought cat foods have a lot of vegetables and strarch as filler. but yeah, my cat was mostly fed the crazy expensive grain free stuff to try and keep him actually carnivorous
