If you can upload the knowledge base to this so that the AI bot can answer questions like pricing and all that... this could be amazing. Then if it could also book appointments on the phone and then run it in the system. I know there are technically ways of doing this through the IVR, but it's more of a directory rather than an AI conversation since you cant pick up words and can only direct the flow based on dial presses.

This is the reason why it reconfirms the name and email by spelling it out. if in the worst case, It does get the spelling wrong, the call recording will still be available to check and correct the details

It only becomes annoying if the AI causes problems (which it very well might), but I believe very soon, the human on the other end of the phone will not be able to tell the difference.
