Here in 2022 and when Kara said “there’s so much room, I could live here” I laughed. Little did you know you’d be a #vanlifer in the future. Loving going through and watching all your older content. Seeing y’all mature and your video quality getting better and better. 💓 So much love for you guys.

After living outside of the states for a few years, this style vlog just reminds me what home is like! Driving for hours on the road, stopping at the next gas station to spend your whole days income on gas, working while enjoying a nice coffee, and finally arriving hours later 😊 there’s no other way to describe it though... do you feel me? Just being home after a long time away and knowing exactly where to go and how get there and not translating all the time?

I found your channel about 6 weeks ago, mainly when looking at vlogs of Thailand, or vlogs of Singapore Airlines and Changi Airport, as I’ll be going on and through them in 3 months. The most interesting cloggers are the couples on their first or second trip to Thailand, where I lived for 7 years before moving back to the U.S. with my Thai wife and 3 step kids and a new born son in 2007 ( moved when he was 10 months old). As my son was getting to the age of wanting to go to Disney World, I watched many Disney cloggers and became friends with a few of them. The number of viewers watching travel channels versus Disney themed vlogs is amazing. One of the top Disney cloggers, Tim Tracker, has around 300,000 viewers. You have ten times that. It seems that if you start a travel vlog and are half way decent at presenting it, you can get at least 50,000 subscribers. The obvious difference between travel KZbinrs and Disney KZbinrs is that most Disney KZbinrs are a little bit older with kids. If you decide to stay with this, you will have a few personal decisions to make. As I’m not that interested in your newer content, I won’t be watching much but wish the both of you success in whatever you do.

Y'all... This video literally brought me to tears. I'm a UTK alum, too. Stayed in Morrill and Carrick. I live so far away now and I miss home so badly. It's my dream to take my yankee husband (lol) and show him around my old stomping grounds. We've driven through Knoxville a couple of times on the drive back to my home to visit Franklin, but we've never saved time to stop in Knoxville. I'm not sure I could hold it together because my heart is eternally homesick for Tennessee.

If you watch an episode of Counting cars. He fixes up a `72 Bronco. That car was bought new by the man who wrote «Rocky top» His son was now the owner of the car. I think it was orange and black, the colors of UoT. He also had the notes from song painted on the car. I was at MYR in 1993/94. North American Institute of Aviation was in Conway, 20 mins from MYR. I tried to be a pilot but I was color blind. Shit happends. Now you know!

I love your videos of other countries, but I have always wondered why you don't give the US the same treatment. You're from Tennessee, but not everywhere in the US is like Tennessee. The US is a very varied country--with very interesting and different regions. You should "discover" your own country. Viewers would love it, and maybe you would be surprised by what you can experience by staying out of tourist traps in the US and getting to know "the locals" in different parts of the country. Just my two cents. But again, I enjoy seeing different parts of the world through your videos. They are terrific!

I think it's pretty cool to film where you are from! I was born in Nashville and still visit my grandparent's small farm near Springfield from time to time... we are pretty close neighbors in that respect. : -) I've been trying to make a conscious effort to film a bit more of my current location outside of DC, where I've lived the longest. I don't expect to become a major vlogger in the future, but I think it will be cool to share, via video, where we have lived in the past one day, or with completely new friends we make from across the globe. I understand the feeling of where you are from being so commonplace and uninspired to film and I agree with my own location, but then I watch a video someone posts from even halfway across the US and can get excited to go see or experience where they are from. I bet there are many more people than you might expect, that are interested in videos from your home town.

I think that there is probably plenty of places in the US you haven't been to and could share in a Vlog. Like given the statements about eating frogs and crocodile I think you haven't spent much time in Louisiana and I'm sure that there are loads of states that you are able to share unique experiences with. Something that I have wanted to see in the US is the mountain people.
