Glad to see someone posting videos on the correct way to repair a vehicle. Insurance companies will repair a customer's car up to 80% of the value of the car in most cases. These others guys just pulling a car and measuring with a tram guage are hacks.

The equipment provides a level of precision that is satisfying. Your attention to detail and work ethic makes the repair good as new. Unfortunately, the industry is riddled with hacks who give the auto body business a bad name. I would definitely feel comfortable having you work on any car I own. Thanks for sharing.

Kyle the question i wanna ask.. what do you think about why those car makers don't do all stainless steel body parts, wouldn't it be easier (and i bet it would be) to service and repair such a structure, as you don't need to repair rust and clean points for spot welding. Also paint isn't needed as it might be changed any time using plastidip or any spray film, also it means less garbage as ppl would be using cars more, and it would be really precious recycling material.

So I am watching because we used to watch in my Auto Collision repair class before school shut down for the year and out of curiosity around 12:50 when you spray the white stuff is that weld through primer? It's the only thing I could think of to logically be being sprayed on the area. Anyways great vids keep up the great work

Thanks so much for the video it's great, Question what is you measuring system ? Name , model or brand? 2 how do you know how far it is off and the right place of parts? Do you have the real size and measurement of the car?
@edgarbaeza31514 жыл бұрын
atahghighi That is the car o liner Frame rack and the car o liner measuring system , also all data gives you the cutting points and to know when a panel needs to be replace take some I -car classes and or veto fax and you’ll be on your way , basically if something will take longer to repair than the money to Replace it , it needs to be replaced , but also inform your self oem procedures to give you more knowledge on this

Difference between glaze and bondo?
@braydenjames44194 жыл бұрын
Glaze is a different kind of body filler that you put on as the last coat. Should be your strongest coat.

Put a F$#×@g blanket on that chain. One bolt and a stud holding that plate on the rail!. Holy shee it 70 something mm sway? I would love to see inside that rail. That right rail is compromised somewhere. Even if only a spot weld tearing loose on an inner brace. This car is a perfect example of how the law needs to change. This car is fixed because of the cost vs replacement. I wanted to buy a one of 51 comp orange zx5 svt focus from copart but couldn't pull it off. Why was it salvage? Because someone threw a rock or something through a back window and it tore the back of a seat. SALVAGE title but this thing will have a clean title. He is doing a professional job don't get me wrong. Sometime we have to do things we don't want to. Like glue and rivet an entire BMW 1/4 panel but then they change the procedure so you weld part of it. Just let me weld the whole thing then. Then it will be an invisible repair. Any BMW that gets a 1/4 done properly I can tell instantly.
