I never get tired of the view in this place in the video. I don't know why when you take us to this beautiful place and I hear the wind blowing I get a picture in my mind's eye of Sherpa sitting atop the bluff looking out to sea and the wind ruffling his fur and I get a sense of his presence. How that happens when I am so far away mystifies me. Even though Sherpa was dog and you human, you two were soul brothers with a touch of wanderlust and love of adventure. All of us who have loved and lost find a special place, usually out in nature, that calms our minds and spirits, very healing over time. Sitting by the ocean or staring up at the stars really help put things in perspective. Makes you realize just how tiny you, your problems, your fears and even hopes really are. For me at least, it forces a kind of reset to my mind, to just BE and exist in the moment at hand. Overcast sky, bit of rain, wind with just enough bite to it to make you appreciate a warm jacket and a thermos of coffee...mighty fine day to me at least.
