Damn, Oblivion. The last time I played that was--16 years ago! I loved it at first, and then hated it. Hate the typical vibes of Elder Scroll series. Heck, I played Elder Scroll, Morrowind, and the lot of them, decades ago. Do I want to go back playing them now? Nope. Lol.

I just can’t use fast travel in Elder Scroll games. So much of the experience is sinking into the world and atmosphere. I feel like I played a different game once I went through Skyrim like that for the first time. And yeah, don’t beat yourself up on backlogs - you’ll play em when play you play em.

And I think Oblivion has totally helped me see the value in that rather than just mindlessly fast travelling all over the world and definitely makes me wanna take more video game walks
