The biggest thing other riders fail to tell you when you buy your first bike is how addicting it is and that one is never enough and you will always want MORE.

Yard sale! I know mechanics that had developed COPD and even lung cancer from years of exhaust fumes. Please open doors when running the machines. I know lighting and heat. I’m up north too. But it’s just best to not breathe that mess.

Hey Joe, on that new plastic welder you bought, you don't need to hold it away from the plastic to let it get red hot. If you hold the staple against the plastic and pull the trigger it will warm up and sink into the plastic and you can then let off

Watching you pulling that snowmobile up has inspired me to install my cheap $100 harbor frt winch on my 5x7 motorcycle trailer... Its anchored down to concrete in front of my garage atm. I used it to pull my fzr that was on flats with no brakes up my steep long driveway...lol.

you need to build a propper shop at home. main floor plus a rafter roof so you can store parts and small bikes upstairs in the attic space. spending hundreds of dollars a month on storage is just silly a storage unit like that up here in vancouver bc would cost around $400+ a month!!

The Tecate rear plastic on every one I have seen melts right there because of the pipe, mine included. The plug is much easier from the left side. I still have port specs for the cylinder, and may even have a re shaped head for it.

Great collection! Love them all! I love vintage Japanese motorcycles. I only have 7 of them...L o l. My 1973 Kawasaki H1, 1997 Yamaha FZR600, 1978 Honda XL 250, 1977 Honda CB 550 Cafe, 1980 Honda CX 500, and 1997 Suzuki DR 350 I will keep and ride forever... I may only sell my 1995 Yamaha RT 180 (it runs really good though).

I would love to see a video on a dirt bikes carburettor… and what I have to do to tune them to perfection… Like the KTM issues, just fixing the needle height stopped it from bogging. An in depth carburettor video would be great👌

Concerning the jetting on the Tecati I would lean the pilot jet and air screw first. you test the needle by running a long time down a straight road at partial throttle or else be very experienced. The needle is the hardest part to get correct.

12:02 When I was a kid, we had a Rupp Nitro 440, and 340. Those Kohler engines are still good by today's two-stroke standards. Imagine that 340, with rotary case induction! MONSTER..... Personally, I'd like to see you find more mopeds, and give them the Treatland treatment...Puch is pronounced "pook". My favorite moped, is my Kromag Puch (JC Penney Swinger 2, in German Red. with an E50 engine. In Europe, called the Puch X30. I've got a 70cc vintage DMP piston port, and a NOS Bing 15mm carb on it, with a Fuego small chamber pipe. She cruises at 45.)

Build your own storage unit maybe a little bit bigger right in your own back yard. Sometime kickers from other bikes will actually fit on bikes not made for them. The Rokon is unquestionably NOT a ripper LOL It looks funny too but a KZbin favorite, Good collection.

That Yamaha 50cc crotch rocket is super rare!!! You've got a nice collection Joe!! Another video idea: show us all the bikes you've ever owned. People seem to think you buy em and keep em all lol. Buying old quads and selling them after repairing is actually a really good business after you get established. I did it for about 6 years and I did only ltz/kfx/drz 400s and I made loads of money. I did mostly part outs though so I've got a barn full of leftovers from maybe 50 or 60 quads lol. Some stuff you can't even give away bahah

I owned a 78 1/2 RM 250. I was never real sure what the half year represented, but I was told it was a race bike. It looked exactly like yours. Two years ago, I was moving, and the engine was seized so I gave it to my old neighbor. I should have just given it to you. I'm sure it would have been a much better home.
