I watched this episode and once the pay out came through I thought wow that is more than I make at a “ regular “ job. I make about 90 dollars a day before taxes. That is an 8 hour day tied to a boss and a desk for those hours. Gee for those out there that say get a regular job; I would have to say “why?” This pays better and you are outside enjoying the weather and not answering to anybody but yourself. If there was a recycling place here I would totally be ready to do this full time. I would definitely be the richer for it.

I agree with you, I wish I a small truck and I would be doing this to. But I think here in California U would have to do taxes and that would take some of the enjoyment out of it. I so enjoy these videos !
@juliegingras64593 жыл бұрын
@@heartscreations yes but even with taxes I would make more than my current job. Taxes can be handled by good accounting software. Think of all the write offs. Lol. At any rate the ney sayers should really look at this from Paul’ s point of view. This gives him a bit more income,exercise and it really is as much as he can handle when he can handle it. I like this business he has going. It suits him and he enjoys it. What else is there? God is good.

@@juliegingras6459 I know what your saying, When I was a kid I would collect news papers for my dad and we would go to the recycle place. It made me feel great as a kid to help my dad. I was thinking that since you pick up bicycles a lot, put a rack on the front of the truck to carry them. Wouldn’t have to be too fancy, just two vertical angles with two forward projecting arms. Slide the bikes on and bungee them in place. 🚲

I have a priest friend, Father Keith, who says that geese fly in a v formation to cut down on wind drag. Also the leader flies so far and then goes to the back, the next goose in line takes up first place and so forth so the lead goose doesn't get so tired because of the wind drag on it. The reason the geese honk so much is because they are cheering on the leader.
