Hi everyone! This is my first time traveling within Korea specifically to see the cherry blossoms in spring (usually I wait for them to bloom in Seoul and that's it!) and wow did Busan take my breath away. Welcome to Busan.. Cari was standing in front of my hometown at Gwanganli. Maybe she don't know the place where is very famous for bakery markets and coffee shops. Even though walking the beach at lately night, Cari and you need never scare night walking. Sometimes you should watch drunken peoples in summer night when the beach has been changed like raucous clubs. Blocked all cars passing on beach road after 5 pm from July to August, many peoples start to gather to enjoy summer night time. Not now because of Covid. If having in trouble in Korea, ask someone nearby you help anytime. Surely they give you help. Remember phone call No. 112(police officer) or 119(emergency officer). They give U help freely & kindly. Good luck to your plans.

@@cutthelandline I'm sure that you will not need my explanations after living in Busan or anywhere for just two or three months. Caroline who is English teacher from California moved to Korea in October last year. She got used to new surroundings soon and very well. She visits hospitals by herself, travels alone, works well, and etc... Koreans don't have some discriminations to foreigners generally, but have curiosity. Of course there're bad peoples & crimes in Korea. But you will feel safety in common lives as much as Koreans. We worry a little that too many foreigners hope moving to Korea rescently & suddenly. And yet we welcome anyone loving Korea. Trust your plans. If U like K-drama or K-pop, U could meet directors or actors or idols during BIFF(Busan International Film Festival) in October. If lucky, you could drink with them on the side table at a Pojangmacha(cart bar). Party at night during BIFF. Be safe and happy 😊^~^

I spent every other summer in Busan growing up so it has a really special place in my heart! I highly recommend checking out Hadong county for various flower festivals, so beautiful and arguably the best green tea in Korea - I might be biased since my family is from there lol but still
