Going to Extremes - 1992

Created by Joshua Brand, John Falsey, Frank South, this television show used the same "fish out of water" formula as their more successful Northern Exposure. I liked this show and wished it had remained on the air longer.

It's pretty crazy how I've been one of the only people in my circle who remembers this sister show to Northern Exposure. What is crazier is that I couldn't remember much beyond the theme song, which I have been singing randomly for the past 32 years... to me, that is insane. I've not seen anything about the show since it originally aired until this very minute. Thank you so much for uploading!

This takes me back. I was working for United Airlines in El Segundo, CA when this originally aired. Each week, I'd race home after work to watch Going To Extremes. This one, and Northern Exposure, were my two favorites. Great memories!!

I remember there were flights leaving LAX for Jamaica Friday evening and returning Sunday night for $99+ Unfortunately I was unemployed at the time.

I think I have a few on VHS tapes but I have no idea how to transfer them to KZbin. I'm also not sure of the quality. I'll see what I can figure out. Now if I can find anyone with episodes of the drama Hometown from 1985.:)
