@@SenkoTTV everything is in a weird place right now because the idea that you can’t look good without using gear was caused by the decades of people lying and pretending they’re natural. Alex and the twins are so insanely transparent though, so it’s different, people just don’t realize it yet. If Alex does hop on TRT, there will be a clear and visible line for all to see between now and then. Everybody will be able to see how amazing he looks now and has in the past totally natural. That said, there is nothing wrong with using gear responsibly. It’s up to each of us to stay informed and not let our choices be influenced by lies, and Alex and the twins are building the bodybuilding community into one where that is possible and easier than ever before. The idea that being ‘natural’ is special or better is the same thing as the idea of female virginity. I don’t think Alex should be pressured to stay natural, he should be encouraged to do what makes him happy, not what makes his fans happy. He should do whatever he wants, as long as he is true to himself. What really matters is who you are and what you do.

I’ve been training like Dorian Yates/ Mike Mentzer style for a while and I’ve found that intensity is a skill that you have to learn. When I first started I thought I was training to failure, but the longer I’ve trained, I’ve advanced that skill to the point that any more than 1 working set per exercise is impossible, and it takes me up to 5 days to fully recover from 1 workout.
