Heard about references to Shanky in several of your earlier conversations. This is by far one of the most authentic and real conversation on a podcast I have seen. Wish you, Shanky and all the folks at BSC and Barbarshop all the best. Also a shoutout to Bhavna for suggesting that you should do this show.

My only unsolicited advise- ‘Shanky, neeche bhi dekho’ Would love to have someone like him in my team, but dread to have him as a boss. He certainly is a go getter, but he should now transition to a good leader. After this talk, one metrics to look out for will be talent acquisition.

you guys are still talking about concepts like "Empathy" and "Values" as something needs to be used, leveraged and exploited for profitability.... that's fake empathy. These are human traits which should be done, relationships should be built without any expectations..that's the inherent nature... as soon as you listen to somebody to build somebody's trust in you, you are manipulating his/her emotions.
