Gointa is what Gujarati's love to eat and call it Parwal .The other is spiny gourd or kantola . Thanks today saw what is gointa bcoz if I asked my dad what's there for lunch , he would say gointan to tease me and as a Mumbai child, I thought it was a slang😅
