Everybody's saying "Godzilla talked in GODZILLA VS GIGAN" in response to the "Godzilla doesn't speak" line. I'm just here to remind everyone that before that, he carried on a whole philosophical discourse with Rodan and Mothra. Plus, he says Mothra's name after Ghidorah kills her in KOTM 2019. So, yeah, Godzilla has officiall had more to say than most giant monsters throughout history. Anyway, the analogue horror aesthetic was duplicated pretty well.
