These guys were fire from the start. I saw them live in 07 I think. They were an amp warmer band for trivium and lamb of god. These guys blew me away. That was an epic show.

I think that Gojira in times when they were playing mostly as a support must have been a real pain in the ass for headliners. Like, imagine having to play after these guys lmao. You can try to keep up with their level of performance, but only very few can come even close. Saw them live in march, best show Ive ever seen, Im already buying tickets for Mystic Festival in June. Gojira is a such a complete band, perfect on studio records, perfect live.

Check out a band out of GREECE - Villagers of Ioannina City. They are awesome. I’m a die hard Gojira fan all the way. Just saw them live two nights ago. It was amazing. Didn’t want that night to end!

Awesome stuff! Got real heavy! :D I've seen Gojira live once: It was the first time I went to see In Flames live, and Gojira was warming up for them. I had heard good stuff about their live performances. Sadly, they seemed to have a bad day, it wasn't a great performance from them, and it put me off checking out the band properly until many years later. But all performers have their off days, just like everyone else, and I was just unlucky. Would love to go see them again, because they're a great band! :D

Hey, May I recommend another French death metal band less known but which deserves to be known? They are called Yyrkoon and their best release (in my humble opinion) is "Occult Medicine". Great reaction by the way, I really enjoyed it! \m/
