There is one correction that I’d like to make, but even if Aki breaks into Dagons domain, it wouldn’t nullify the sure hit. We clearly see again Mahito that when Yuji broke the barrier, Mahito’s sure hit was still active as Sukuna felt Mahito touch him. The only reason Dagons domain gets nullified in the original story is because Megumi is clashing domains with him, not because Megumi made a hole to escape, just a bit of an oversight on your part.

Another feat for true form pochita (while it may not change anything i do find it cool) is that when he goes up against the weapon hyprids, we see katana man try and do his dash attack as a sneak attack, which is fast enough that you cannot see him at all when he moves. After he does this, you see him fall to pieces in front of pochita, who you couldnt see move a centimeter, meaning Pochita can move faster than someone who can move faster than the eye can track

Though the problem with that is that you can’t really keep her down unless you somehow nullify her regeneration. This wouldn’t technically violate her contract since the harm done to her is reflected to another yet the effect remains so O’d be the closest one can get to crippling her. The only other way I can see him capturing is having Urumei freezing her with a maximum or maximum output technique, persevering her body and allowing Kenny to absorb her.

Souls haven’t been confirmed to exist in CSM, but devils are stated to reincarnate so it’s possible they not only exist but every devil has one. We really just need to see if there’s a soul devil. It also does make sense if you know what happens later in the manga. When pochita takes over his sole focus is trying to do things to restore his contract with Denji to bring him back, until Makima gets him to sacrifice himself to protect Kobeni.

Tbh, Pochita having such a huge claim to fame as the most feared devil of all and his reputation as the Hero of Hell probably means he‘s fought and easily defeated devils that dealt with soul manipulation in the past. I’d argue his mere presence as Denji’s heart provides a defense against Idle Transfiguration. Even if you don’t buy that line of reasoning, Denji is explicitly immune to Doll’s transfiguration by virtue of being a hybrid, so I think that would provide a defense as well.

Both are wrong, the doll devil can only turn humans into dolls, Denji is a hybrid, which is why he was immune, War devil on the other hand never said anything about attacking the soul to transform things into weapons, so in the end, Denji is still vulnerable to Mahito's idle transfiguration

The doll devil's power to turn people into dolls and control them didnt work on denji so did war devil trying to turn denji into a weapon. So its safe to say that denji is at least pretty resistant to transfiguration. And all Pochita would need to do is eat and devour mahito erasing him on a conceptual level. Hell if Quanxi was here with her devil fiend team this whole thing would pretty much be a complete wash, No need for Pochita to come out when Quanxi can speed blitz literally everyone here and the cosmo fiend using her Halloween ability would make anyone including mahito brain dead, it's pretty much a more broken version of gojo's DE. So yeah CSM in the IA arc completely sweeps the Shibuya arc.

Also, you're forgetting Mahito is completely capable of manipulating his soul, and shortly after beating the shit out of Denji would realize the shape of his soul, from there he would be capable of destroying Denji, as he would have access to things Denji couldn't have any counter to, like Black Flash. Also, Toji would wash all of Quan Xi's team no matter what, hes capable of speed blitzing modt people, and he had one of his signature objects. In conclusion: Choso would probably beat the shit out of Denji, his blood would completely counter Denji and from a narrative standpoint Denji isnt smart enough to counter Choso like Yuji did.

Mahito would likely encounter Denji rather than Quan Xi. Seeing as Quan Xi wasn't near Mahito at the time, Denji wouldn't have any resistance to Idle Transfiguration, and likely wouldn't be aware of the shape of his soul. Same with Power, his trick he used on Nobara would work on her tenfold cause she's stupid. Toji would wash Kishibe, Yoshida, Kobeni and Aki. And thats if Dsgon didn't kill them first cause the reason Megumi nullified the sure hit was because he Domain Clashed. Not to mention the absolute stalling the Disaster Curses could use on Makima. They would be able to constantly stall her with domains, or at the very least Uzumaki. She will get trapped in the prison realm, and with Denji and Power dead, as well as Aki, Yoshida, Kishibe, and Kobeni, all the disaster Curses would need is to kill Quanxi, and seeing as they could gang up on her, they'd win. (Also, Choso spared Yuji cause he had a non existent memory showing him that Yuji was his brother, so Denji would probably meet his end at the Choso fight. And theres an unlikely chance Pochita comes because even when ripped in half, Pochita didn't come out.

@@knightfallin The war devil managed to turn asa's teacher into a weapon based on the simple fact of him liking her. asa managed to turn an entire aquarium into a weapon just by gathering a bunch of money even though it was nowhere near enough to buy an aquarium, and wouldn't actually give her rightful ownership of the aquarium, (even the eternity devil calls her out on it). Given all this it stands to no reason why the war devil wouldn't be able to turn Denji into a weapon as she was pretty confident that she can and he was at least interested to go on another date unless he was immune to transfiguration. Most of mahitos soul abilities has something to do with transfiguration which is proven that Denji is immune to. The worse case scenario is Pochita coming out and speed blitzes and devours mahito entirely. I Highly doubt that Pochita would let denji die in any way that is an actual threat. Keep in mind Denji is immortal, so that's almost impossible and he is able to get himself out of many circumstances on his own. If denji is in any position where he absolutely does need Pochita then I'm sure he would come out. (Especially since Pochitais supposed to be in place of sukuna in this scenario) Can speed blitz most people in his own verse perhaps, he is at most subsonic. Do you have any idea how fast Quanxi is? She is in just her base form massively hypersonic. I honestly don't know what you mean about Quanxi being nowhere near mahito as she wasn't even in the scenario despite being apart of the IA arc, if she was then the whole thing would end in a matter of minutes. When it comes to regular iq and intellect then denji does come up short. But Denji's battle iq and creativity is actually insanely high he's been battling devils since he was a kid, and again has gotten out of the most dangerous situations like continously drinking blood and slashing at the eternity devil until it wants to kill itself, or lighting himself on fire to counter santa clauses darkness abilities, or resisting mental attacks by shredding his own brain. He managed to defeat and get the one up on makima which saids alot. Denji would most likely will find some sort of loop hole with choso blood abilities. Like continously drinking his blood so his regeneration would outway the poison or perhaps something else. So in conclusion: Quanxi speed blitzes, cosmo fiend makes mahito brain dead, denji being able to find a loop hole with choso, denji being immune to mahito's transfiguration, and the worst case scenario out of all of this is Pochita coming out and soloing everybody.

CSM Chapter 149 confirms that Denji does in fact still like Asa and wants to be her boyfriend. So by the rules that allowed Yoru to turn Asa's teacher into a sword, it logically should have worked on Denji with the only explanation for why it didn't work being that he's a hybrid.

But the chainsaw man crew, except makima don’t really have a defense for hanami’s pacifying flowers and then Dagon drowning them or send schools of shikigami to eat them alive. CSM Devils doesn't have soul. They are the embodiment of a CONCEPT. Do you understand the meaning of Concept? CONCEPT≠SOUL The only ppl that should have soul in CSM, are regular humans. Denji has already proven to be immune to things that are effectively Idle Hands like the Doll Devil's Transfiguration and Yoru's weapon creation. I don't know why this is even a question, it's not impacting him. It's also kind of not remotely clear if humans in CSM even have souls to manipulate in the first place or whether it's like real life where you're just a living biological being and there's no immortal immaterial spirit living within you.

Yoru's weapon abilities only work on sentient beings if they confess their love themselves to Yoru/Asa. Yoru couldn't turn Denji into a weapon, because even though Denji liked Asa, he hadn't confessed his slight feelings himself to Asa. The other way Yoru/Asa can turn sentients into weapons is if it's a severed piece of the sentient's body.

The pedo teacher Yoru turns into a sword in the first Part 2 chapter never confessed. On the contrary, it's very much stated that it's more a matter of perception. Whether Asa or Yoru believes they own their target, hence how Asa was able to turn the Aquarium into a spear. The exact reasoning for why Yoru failed to turn Denji into a weapon is multifaceted and has a multitude of reasons it could be. But the fact that Denji has been shown to be immune to other transmogrification already effects thanks to Pochita is the number one most likely reason.

If we are gonna Verse Equalize it then Devils should be immune to soul Manipulation. If Mahito have the capability to change Devils souls then you are Making him too OP. Devils, their power and form goes hand and hand with the concept they are trying to portray, if Mahito have the capability to transform/mold/manipulate those devils souls in which in the JJK lore "shape of someone's body always reflects the shape of their soul" then you are pretty much giving him the ability to mold the concept of a word himself. Also as other people explain Mahito soul manipulation abilities "those with awareness of their own souls are able to retain their soul's shape even when fully grasped by Mahito." -thats why he can manipulate humans easily since they are pretty much unaware by it. Making Mahito able to manipulate devils souls. You are basically making Devils have soul on their own (jjk verse definition of souls) and you are simultaneously making the Devils unaware of it so that Mahito can use his abilities on them.

The odds are definitely stacked against Public Safety with Mahito HAX. Especially since there’s no real method for PS to put Mahito down. The only way I can see PS not losing… is under my head-canon, that if Pochita eats Mahito, but not necessarily killing him. But under CSM logic that with existence being lost to the public he’d be at least weakened. And maybe his Idle Transfiguration would be weakened that it wouldn’t instantly kill Denji, then he could potentially stalemate him. This is JJK too though, so I doubt Mahito’s CE would even fluctuate just because the reason for his existence is gone. So PS is probably still going to take this L.

Just spitballing here, but the way that Jogo’s domain’s passive ability works, in that it just incinerates his opponent, would probably burn through Makima’s lives like nobody’s business. Every single burn that Makima takes will be transferred to a citizen, every single one. And because once his domain starts to burn her up, it won’t stop, it will quite literally burn through Makimas lives. And considering Jogos domain is a sure hit, and the burning is a passive ability, it’s probable to assume that he can keep Makima inside his domain and his burning will eventually run through all of her lives, very quickly.

But the issue is that you're working under the assumption that the CSM team would respond in the same way as the JJK team. Also, I imagine Pochita could take over once again for the Mahito fight, reforming the body in his true form, and the true Chainsaw devil absolutely deals soul damage since he is capable of ending devils permanently. I legitimately think that there isn't a single character in JJK other than Gojo who could take on the true Chainsaw devil which has been awakened as you already established

The only thing I disagree with is that in these situations, it's fair to say that compromises can be made between character verses. Like Hanamis buds feeding on the use of devil powers instead of just CE, or hybrids being immune to certain manipulation by cursed spirits like how they're immune to certain devils manipulations. So I think one could fairly argue that Mahito can't use IT against fiends or hybrids since they're both immune to things like the Doll devils transfiguration. Now would Denji and Power win against Mahito? Absolutely not, he has too many tricks and neither of them have an ability that could actually harm Mahito. Potentially the blood he and the transfigured humans could provide a decent supply of fuel for the two of them, but reasonably Mahito would notice this and maybe stop using transfigured humans and stop creating blood (unless cursed spirits needs blood, even him? idk)

mahito's ability is not unlimited . he can and he will get tired , mahito got tired out after fighting for hours while denji [albeit with some support] could fight for 3 continuous days in a battle far far more brutal than anything that has happening in shibuya

There arent many fights Denji was able to win one on one without help, unless we replace Todo with like.... idk, the Violence fiend. But still, im not totally sure if Denji is durable enough to kill Mahito until hes outnof energy to fix himself without a constant source of blood

@@SkeetWeet4368 Mahito literally has the most stamina and durability (Instant Spirit Body of Distorted Killing) out of all of the Disaster curses. Denji was literally eating the blood of a devil that was constantly around him, so he can immediately restore his stamina. Without Blood, Denji has only shown to be able to fight for a few minutes. Dude has a normal amount of stamina without taking extra blood.

@@charnalk5572 You make a very fair argument. Though I think at this point, Pochita is done isolating his memories and is just enjoying life with Denji. I think if Mahito tried messing with his soul, Pochita could react since he seems to have a similar space in Denjis mind as Sukunas Innate Domain

@@charnalk5572 Idle Transfiguration requires barely any curse energy to use since Mahito undoes any damage with it instead of healing normally. That only means it very efficient and he would not run out of curse energy from it. Mahito took Mutiple black flashes from Yuji, split his soul, and took a resonance rebound from Nobara before going down.

if you make the link of denji being taken over by pochita's devil form then you gotta have pochita protecting denji and letting denji hit their soul, because otherwise it wouldnt work since they'd need to break the vow of denji never being able to live a normal life. the only way to do this is to bind him to never being able to
